I do not like how the straps sit on my shoulders. Where the straps are connected to the bag on the top are stitched to closely together. I can understand why the creator put a drawstring and clips at the top of the bag. But I personally prefer a zipper. I prefer to have my bags tightly closed. I like how durable the clips and drawstring button/clip are at the top of the bag. I also really like the space inside the bag. There is plenty of room for both my daughter and I to put snacks and our medicine so we can travel comfortably on the weekend. We are diabetics. My husband does not mind wearing the bag for us. I would prefer if the bag could be lighter and not so heavy. Because everything that I put inside is already going to make the bag heavy.

It's lightweight, roomy and can fit both of my 13 inch laptops plus more! There are smaller compartments inside the bag and also an easy access zipper to quickly get to a tablet or notebook. The straps are very comfortable and easily adjustable. The puffy bag trend looks great on this style backpack. This was a holiday gift to myself and I'm so glad I got it. Super luxe and looks better than some designer bags that cost twice what this cost. I 100% recommend!!!

The items I needed to have easily accessible as I navigated TSA were able to be put into the side and front pockets, and it fit perfectly up under the seat in front of me onboard the aircraft. I was able to fit everything I needed that did not fit into my luggage, and for the daytime it was perfect size to carry just the items I needed for my work meetings. The foam/mesh backing was very comfortable, and did not cause me to have any back sweat coming through my shirt. This is the first Coach bag I have ever used and was pleasantly surprised how nice it is. All of the clasps are metal, zippers are sturdy, and the bag itself feels extremely durable! The bag has enough room for my work laptop, headphones, chargers, and still has room for more!The bag fits nicely on my back, and does not have much weight itself, especially compared to other backpacks I have used in the past.Not only is it extremely useful, it also looks really nice! I also like that it keeps its form and can stand up on its own unlike other bags that just fall in on themselves.

I was looking for a bag that was big enough to carry my Macbook and still have room for snacks, noise cancelling headphones and my purse, but not too big. This will fit nicely under the seat of a plane with just enough room for everything I want to fit into it when I travel, and is also perfect for my work commute. Quality seems good so far. The one downside is that the interior laptop pocket is quite small -- too snug for my 13in M1 Macbook Air. The pocket isn't padded anyway, so I bought a padded sleeve which fits fine in the main compartment and I just put the charging cables into that pocket. I'm sure it would fit an iPad just fine, though.
The quality of the material is nice. The bag looks better in hand than pictures. It has plenty of room and compartments. Nothing on this bag feels flimsy. The zipper is very sturdy as well as the clasps.I have taken it on trips, I use it for my work bag and also for my camera bag. I have received many compliments. I also like that you will receive free lifetime cleanings. I should have purchased along time ago.
The Coach League Flap Backpack is out of it's own league. Materials are superior to any other backpacks I've owned. Leather is supple and properly treated for a long lasting finish. Its softer than I imagined, specially when compared to other leather goods I own. Interior fabrics and even the zippers all feel of superb quality. Specially the side zipper, never thought how convenient that extra access could really be up until i used it on a daily basis. I honestly did not see myself liking the color scheme much at first, but after using it for a few days I was totally sold on the style. Definitely makes it pop and feel even more unique.
High quality doesn't begin to express the workmanship that went into making this bag. It's incredible! The stitching is perfect, and the leather quality was like something out of a dream! Every inch of the bag was packaged to prevent even the smallest of imperfections. It looks small, but is like a magicians hat when you pack things into it! I'm a Surgical Technologist student and this bag is large enough for my books, my laptop, and all of my supplies without being uncomfortable or overpacked. This bag did not disappoint, and I wish there was a 6 star because this bag deserves it! A++
