I was super excited to purchase this purse as I have been eyeing it for months. So when I saw that it was included in the sale I couldn't help but snag it. It arrived and it was as adorable as I hoped. However, the packaging during shipping was just pitiful. I opened my box and found four bubble cushions and my purse in the dust bag. The cushions didn't even fill the box so the bag was just moving around freely. And to have the bag just unwrapped with no protection and stuffed in the dust bag was disappointing, as I could not even tell if it was new. When I purchase a bag for as much as this was, I think it should be properly shipped. I have purchased from Coach online before and have never had such disregard for the items. This bag is beautiful and you can fit so much into it despite the size. Unfortunately, they chose to put a "c" on this bag with silver hardware that is just painted over in black, rather than a more durable material as they do for some other bags and colors. After barely 1 month with this bag, I literally felt as though I were breathing on it and the hardware paint was chipping off. I would carry it into and out of the office and find more paint had come off. Beyond disappointing given the price. It's a stunning piece and I love how it looks and functions, but the quality (at least for this color of hardware) is very poor.

I sold my black YSL Toy Lou Lou last year and had major regret, but not enough regret to spend another 2 grand for it lol so I was searching for something else when this little beauty caught my eye. I would consider this the perfect little black bag that won't break the bank. I absolutely love the quilted black leather with dark hardware. It is a small bag but surprisingly has a decent amount of room. I love the front slip pocket with the magnetic flap closure. This bag is quality and feels like an expensive luxury piece. I would say tall ladies keep in mind that the crossbody chain seems to be on the short side. I'm only 5 feet tall and felt the length was a little short. Such cute bag if you need something just for essentials like card case (or can store cards free in the flap pocket ), lip gloss or balm, small tissue pack, floss, small empty board, eyedrops, and phone ( I have iPhone 13 regular…. But I think a bigger phone would still Fit. Macy’s came in box, Coach wrapping. Beautiful super Soft black Nappa leather. I like the pewter hardware for an all black look. I don’t always want gold or brass hardware. The other plus is the bag with stuff in it is still tremendously light. I will take it when doing errands or going out..hands free as a crossbody or shoulder bag. Love it. If size 20 is too small, consider the size 26 which is also a great size but fits more than double what this one can fit. I have both and love them both!!

I ordered a 20" tie dyed tabby online and really wanted to love it. The package arrived in no time and I give Coach 5 stars for that. The bag is well made but not roomy enough as my other small Coach bags. It looks like a toy purse. The main flaw, though, is the shoulder straps. They are super narrow and flimsy and look like they came from a different bag. I am thin and like to wear my purses as a crossbody. These straps dig into my shoulder and make the bag feel heavy. Also, they are poorly made. The leather part bulges out of some of the chain links. I've collected Coach bags since 2006 and know what their quality used to be.

First, the bag is small, but nice. Ordered in Maple, color not for me. The bag was ready about an hour after I placed the order. What really turned me off to the bag was the packaging. I received the bag in a Macy's plactic bag, no tissue paper, no wrapping, not even a plastic Coach bag, nothing what so ever to protect the bag. Bag was given to me with a dent on one side and dents in the bottom, like something was sitting on top of it. For a nearly $400 bag. I expected better. Never had a problem before this particular order. Needless to say, I returned it the next day in the exact condition it was delivered to me, dented, unwrapped, in a plastic bag. Ruined my experience after eyeing this bag for a while.
I absolutely fell in love with this colour! But I did end up returning this and got the chalk colour instead. Would have much preferred a solid silver "C" clasp at the front than the leather covered. I feel it would have elevated the bag a bit. Also there were some little holes /variations in the leather especially on the bottom of the bag and the sides. I don't think this wa a huge deal but didn't love that it was not perfectly flawless. Was a similar issue with the other coloured bags in the store. Overall still loved the bag but wasn't right fit for me in this colour way. Love the chalk one tho!
