Never had such a disastrous customer experience - truly astounding.I still have not received my product - 107 days and counting!I paid for the product on 12 February 2023.Was told it was in stock (hence I purchased this over other couches that had longer wait times) and delivery would to be ~1-2 weeks - it wasn't.Then was told I missed the shipment and the next one was due to come early March - it didn't.When the shipment came - it did not include the couch I ordered. Then was told the next shipment was due to arrive late April - it didn't.Then was told the shipment arrived at the warehouse on 15 May and will be dispatched shortly thereafter - it wasn't.Then was told the couch I ordered wasn't in the container that was delivered on 15 May, but in another ... MoreNever had such a disastrous customer experience - truly astounding.I still have not received my product - 107 days and counting!I paid for the product on 12 February 2023.Was told it was in stock (hence I purchased this over other couches that had longer wait times) and delivery would to be ~1-2 weeks - it wasn't.Then was told I missed the shipment and the next one was due to come early March - it didn't.When the shipment came - it did not include the couch I ordered. Then was told the next shipment was due to arrive late April - it didn't.Then was told the shipment arrived at the warehouse on 15 May and will be dispatched shortly thereafter - it wasn't.Then was told the couch I ordered wasn't in the container that was delivered on 15 May, but in another container that still hadn't cleared customs. Now have been told it has left the warehouse and I'll receive tracking details - nothing received.Called the helpline and left a message - no returned call.

There is a large tear in the fabric (which is quite thin) underneath one of the corner modules. This possibly occurred during transit. Not visible so doesn't warrant the hassle of returning. Otherwise no issues. Sofa looks good and is comfortable with the supplied cushions.
We couldn't be happier with our Coburg Modular Sofa. It's incredibly comfortable and versatile, plus the Flagstone Ash colour is neutral to suit any decor.
Really lovely sofa.I was concerned it was going to be uncomfortable and I couldn’t come in to view it, but to my relief it is super comfy and has quality soft fabric.
The Coburg sofa is very comfortable and looks great - thrilled with my purchase.
We ordered this sofa online based on the design alone. However, upon arrival we were pleasantly surprised to find that this sofa is super comfy as well.Very very happy with this purchase and can highly recommend. AAA+++
The couch is wonderful. Comfy. Easy to put together. Large and perfect for our space. We do not regret our decision to purchase this couch!
the perfect lounge for our family, easily moves around. chunky, modern, firm and super comfortable
