I purchased these salt and pepper grinders for my husband as he loves freshly ground pepper and is always on the lookout for good quality ones. He loves these ones due to the metal grinding parts in the pepper one. He finds cheaper ones with plastic parts ends up grinding plastic into the food. Great quality in these.

Absolutely excellent quality. The special grinder gets ALL the taste out of the pepper corns.The shape is good for use, especially when you're cooking and may have damp hands.Rather than simply crushing the peppercorns ,the advanced , machine cut hardened carbon steel mechanism instead strips them down by their individual layers as it grinds, this gives you a greater flavour range.The result is that you get a wider range of taste and differing levels of heat from the pepper corn, not to mention the " Cole and Mason" warranty and quality.The best I've owned.They also look good on the table.

I bought these to replace supermarket grinders that always break. They are sturdier and have a wide base so they don't topple over, preventing damage from falls. I like the clean lines and the band is well placed for gripping when using. Not too big to keep out on the table, practical for everyday use and suitably elegant to share with guests.
Looks as the picture in real life, so that's great. The pepper one is awesome and while we had a few issues with the salt one the team at KitchenWarehouse sorted everything out for us very efficiently. We've had Cole+Mason mills in the past and will continue to do so as they look good, are well priced and last ages.

Bought these in January and I hate them why because the most frustrating part is you can’t get a fine grinding from them I’ve got the top part screw screwed down as far as it can and still chunks of pepper or salt. Ever again!
Elegant yet sturdy. No instructions provided for adjusting the coarseness of the grind, but we eventually worked it out.

Very disappointed with this product. Will not grind finely. The thread on the top screw knob wore off very quickly so now I have only one!
