Beautiful Product

I work in a sandwich shop which also provides fresh, made to order salads. This pourer has been a great addition to our shop! The pourer we had previously simply mixed the oil and vinegar in one container. Having them seperate is great as it allows the customer to specify how much of each they would like. We have also worked out how to pour an equal amount of both at the same time.It is quick and easy to use and looks amazing on our counter. Many customers have commented on how lovely it looks! It is more fiddly than our last one to refill, but the large size means we don't need to do this as often.

Functional and good looking

Easy to use and clean. Space saver as it holds 2 products in 1. It has a modern and stylish design, looks good on kitchen counter and on the table. Have been using for a couple of weeks now, no spills or leakage so far. The only negative I would say is vinegar section could have been bigger. Other than that, I'd recommend this product.

Looks pretty but 0 quality

Broke in the first day, do not recommend. And once broken there’s no way to fix it. As it has oil and vinegar I just ended up trowing it out instead of washing and taking it to exchange. Waste of money

Love it! Duo Vinegar/Oil Dispenser

So Unique and different. It is creative. I give it five stars.Have many ideals for filling it with a red pepper in the center. It looks beautiful just as a center piece. Never saw one like this. My friends came in and admired it all at once!

Space saving design

I am happy with this product, particularly as it saves space in the kitchen as there isn't a need for two pourers for oil and vinegar. The design looks great and it is easy to use, simply switch the lid to the oil or vinegar setting, or the lock to stop anything from coming out. The settings are quite well spaced apart to avoid mixing up pouring oil when you wanted vinegar. Also, the pourer is quite tall and holds a lot of oil.

Stylish and easy

This product looks very stylish with the steel and glass components. You can switch easily between oil (O), vinegar (V) and padlock. The flow is good as it's not too little or too much. I actually expected the inner bottle also to be glass but it is plastic. Overall it is a stylish,easy to use item both in the kitchen and on the dining tables.

Very poor quality!!

We purchased this item as it was something we had been looking for for a while. We had seen other variants on other stores but decided to go for this one as it was being sold by the legendary John Lewis and one would presume it would be good quality. Oh, how wrong can someone be!! Firstly, the instructions are very poor and of bad wording which would lead me to think that this is yet another example of cheap Chinese tat being sold at a ridiculously high markup. Secondly, as soon as you disassemble it to fill it with oil it will NEVER go back together properly again. The vinegar chamber constantly falls into the oil reservoir as soon as you start to replace and tighten the pouring spout. This causes a mess as you now have to fish the vinegar chamber out of the oil ... MoreWe purchased this item as it was something we had been looking for for a while. This was a complete waste of money and I would strongly advise against purchasing one if you want something that will work how you expect it too. It is no wonder that John Lewis were issuing profit warnings not that long ago as if this is the standard of product you are selling then you don't deserve to be in business.

looks great in my kitchen

I love how this product looks in my kitchen and it is a great feature for the dining table. I found opening it and filling it a little tricky even by following the instructions, the vinegar wel fell out and into the oil. with a little readjustment i fixed this and it is now working a treat. the nozzle helps to really control the amount of oil/vinegar is used as it comes out nice and steady, perfect for drizzling on salads and pasta dishes.
