This is the bad boy for keeping things cold. Obviously the longer you keep the lid closed the longer the contents keep their cool. We found a combination of bubble wrap and coolpaks enhanced it's insulating qualities even more. It is super robust so very much adored as an extra seat. What would I change? Probably the hinge on the lid, I reckon it'd be even better if the lid came off completely.

We found a combination of bubble wrap and coolpaks enhanced it's insulating qualities even more. It is super robust so very much adored as an extra seat. What would I change? I've had loads of cool boxes over the years but coleman are the best I have had by far.
This may be a decent cooler but a 2litre bottle will no t fit in it disappointing if you got kids also ice lasts about two days I'd of line it to last about 5
Very good quality however difficult to open perhaps with more use it will get easier
Bought this for going camping and to the beach, on first camping weekend and after putting a large bag of ice into it on the Friday, along with food for the weekend, the cooler was still keeping everything very cold on the Sunday evening when we got home. There was still a lot of ice left, too. Big enough for a weekend camping for my family of 4.
This cooler seemed to be highly rated for keeping food and drink cool for longer than many others and I have to say I was very pleased with mine. I pre chilled it using bottles of iced water and used fresh bottles of iced water and milk (both to be used later when thawed but still cool) in the cooler before I set off for the weekend. I did add a bag of ice on the second day but other than that it kept the food etc cool from Thurs morning until Monday morning even though the weather was quite hot.
you have to prime it up first for maximum effect i froze bottles of water and put in mine night before
