As a tent camper, I have tried a LOT of air mattresses to find a good night’s sleep. Every one of them would deflate in the middle of the night and have to be aired up multiple times during the trip. I even allowed for time to “stretch†by airing them up at home for a few days. I got tired of fighting them and purchased two of these cots. The size is PERFECT. Almost like a twin bed. Plenty of room for my 5’11†son to not have feet hanging off the end. The mattress pad that comes with it is comfy and keeps the cold air from seeping through the cot. Easy to get on and off of when you have back problems like me. I really can’t find anything I don’t like about them. If you’re looking for a good night of sleep, this is the cot for you!

Really Nice ! Second order for me ! First one was the standard size , this one is the deluxe size which is wider and longer. Actually seems bigger than I expected and that’s a good thing. Comfortable and I can store under my queen bed when not using for the grandkids. Sets up and folds down in seconds, pad is a nice foam. Well made. I’ve had the smaller one for years and it’s held up like new after many uses. This deluxe model is made the same only wider, longer and weight capacity of 300lbs. Delivered to my door in 1 day!! Happy with this purchase !

This cot has been perfect for me. I am 6' tall, so wanted something longer than a normal. This cot is long enough that my feet don't hang off the end. It's a good width as well as I don't have any issues being able to turn over or move around. After using a couple of times, I did buy a thin Twin XL mattress topper which made this even better. It's lightweight, easy to carry and fold up. The only thing that failed was the velcro strap which holds it together when you fold it up. I simply replaced it with another piece of velcro.

290 lbs and 6’3” I absolutely love this cot! It is more comfortable than most hotel beds. I do feel like I am pushing the weight limit they published in 300lbs so I try to make sure I am spread out on the bed. I do not plop down or put a knee in when going up or down. Feels like it would hold 400 lbs but is super lightweight. I just overall stay spread out and all of those springs spread out the weight/pressure over a large area. Very comfy. Feels great on my back or either side and I roll in my sleep and adjust. I have plenty of extra room on the sides and the ends.The mat is stored underneath when folded. Just slowly pull it out and it will not rip on the hooks of the springs. Just some patience and common sense.
I bought two of these and I am so glad! I liked the idea of a suspension bed rather than one supported by bars underneath. Even without the pad this is comfortable but with the pad it is excellent. I have two of these and I have zero problems with either one. No ripping or sagging or bending and the velcro to hold each in the folded position works fine- just likevelcro. I bought a twin size, zippered mattress storage bag and both of these cots fit in that to stay dust free while stored. BE SURE to read the sizes! The Deluxe is for taller people! Although short people fit on the Deluxe too! Hint hint.
We purchased a pair of cots for Scouting camp outs. The frame is sturdy and the pad is comfortable. I like how the pad can be stowed away in the frame. I recommend this to all my scouting families that are disappointed in air mattress or are looking for something more comfortable. Like other reviewers I can confirm the canvas is very delicate. One of the cots experienced a tear which I was able to patch together with some duct tape and squeezes 3 additional weekends before it finally tore completely. I am disappointed that no replacement is offered since the frame and pad are still in excellent condition and having to toss the frame feels wasteful.
I bought this cot to replace an old one. I slept on it for two weeks. The first night was a little rough as it needed to "break in" especially by my shoulders (I sleep on my side) After that it is a very comfortable cot. Very sturdy, doesn't tip like other cots. I recommend this cot to anyone who is going to have an extended not at home adventure. I might even take this with me the next time I go to visit my daughter as this cot is way more comfortable than any hidabed I have ever slept on. The only down side is the mattress could be a little more thicker, especially for side sleepers like myself, so you don't have to roll over to ease your shoulders.
Bought for staying with family over Xmas for a tall 14 year old. Was more comfortable than our host bed. I also used this cot bed as an heavy adult and still found this comfortable and sturdy for the many, many nights it was used for. This is good for long term guests and not just for one night. The extra width and length was worth the cost as it suits adults, kids and teenagers. I would recommend this cot bed to anyone who is looking for a comfortable guest bed.
I ordered on a Tuesday and received it 12 noon on Wednesday! I got the deluxe which cost a little bit more than a shorter version on Amazon. It’s a good length I’m 5’7” and I have extra space. If you’re used to sleeping on a firmer mattress this will be comfortable. I like more of a medium softer mattress and I still slept fine. You can add a body pillow to soften it up a little. I put a fitted sheet on the foam cushion which keeps it in place. Easy to set up and easy to take down in a pinch it’s great I’m using it while waiting on getting a new bed! I recommend it and I recommend getting it from Walmart the delivery was perfect and fast and they followed the directions perfectly great experience!.
The pro is that when the cot is new, it is without question the most comfortable bed you could sleep on, rivaling real beds!!! Depending on use, it could last a really long time. The negative is that unless the metal springs have been improved, after awhile they can catch on your skin or clothing when getting in and out of bed. I have heavily used this cot for 2 years during the serious illness of a family member. The springs finally gave out, and I'm replacing the cot with a different design. The second issue is portability. It's not meant for camping trips where you are hiking to your destination. Even transporting it in and out of hospitals has been a bit challenging!!! But if you want an extremely comfortable cot for light use, you will be pleased.
