I used this Tent for the first time over the weekend. The setup is fast as advertised but this tent leaks HORRIBLY!! I didn't even get caught in a rain storm!! It was a heavy, misty, dense fog! I managed to spend several hours outside in this same weather in a hoodie and it was merely damp however upon returning to my tent later in the evening I found the entire inside was drenched! my wallet and its contents..soaked. Vehicle remote... soaked and unusable! By morning I had a pools of water all across the floor, my bedding, pillow, clothes were soaked! water managed to seep into literally everything!!!! and to add insult to injury the bag is ripping on the bottom... and this was only the first time using it!!It's pretty clear Coleman has become yet another company ... I bought this because a close friend that I camp with bought a tent by another brand that has the instant up feature and the tent performed great in every way including being water proof.The instant up feature on my tent worked just as well as my friends, however my Coleman leaked horribly. My friend and I camped together last October and it rained all but 1 day of our 4 day trip. My tent did fine during the first rainy night but then it leaked the rest of the time.The only difference between my tent and my friends is hers has a rain fly whereas mine does not. The description says it's built in but whatever aspect of the design that refers to is definitely defective.I won't be using it in the future unless there is no chance of rain.

I set it up for a week during snow, rain, sleet and 45 mph winds. It held up pretty well but after it all the tent was a little crooked. Water did puddle up inside the tent but ain't all due fairness the vent was open, nothing that couldn't be removed by a shopvac. No zippers got stuck during that time frame. The steel frame was very durable with then guidelines set in place. I used 10 inch stakes so that gave the tent a chance to withstand the harsh conditions I put it through.

First I want to give thumb up to the team support where they responded back quickly to your questions and stand with their products. I'm greatly impressed and love their culture of supporting customers.Second the tent is very easy to set up. I usually go camping 3-4 times a year during summer, and occasionally set up the tent in the backyard for my kids to watch movies. This tent is perfect for summer activities and in the backyard since I mentioned above it is very easy to put up and down comparing to my other tents.As others' reviews, this tent is not water proof; therefore, you will need to look for extra tent-top cover.Overall I love this tent and great customer support from Coleman.

I first received this tent as a Marlboro giveaway event probably 25-30 years ago. My friends were envious how fast the tent was set up. But of course over 20 years plus it wore out. So I purchased two more now that I have kids. And they have been wonderful. I think we are on our third year with no issues and we just, had a downpour have a solid hour of rain and we were bone dry . However, our neighbors had the six person tent and they said Water got in. I was looking at upgrading to the six person tent, but the reviews aren’t quite the same as the four person. I’ll probably wait another year and see. They highly recommend the poor person. super convenient.
This tent is a one room pop-up tent. It’s made to fit up to 4 people. Upon receiving the tent it came in a pretty battered box with tent intact (surprisingly). It was actually a lot lighter than I anticipated and easier to assemble too. I’m 5’2 and when I stood in the tent I only had to crouch slightly but my 6’ husband didn’t fit as comfortably lol. I like how this came packaged so compact and can easily be stored away. Tent itself seems to be made from good strong waterproof material. It’s also breathable! Nice! Folded back nicely too.

The rain beaded up on the outside and didn’t get inside the tent.I love that there are 2 large side windows and two small windows (each with their own zipper cover) on the door. There is a loop from the top of the tent to hang a light. There are two decent sized mesh pockets under the two big windows. There is also a vent at the top front of the tent that you can open and close.This tent was SO easy and fast to set up - took 30 seconds. The take down was a little longer because of having to fit it back into its carrying case. I was really looking forward to going camping but the weather where we live thought otherwise. After weeks we ended up putting this up in our living room. It was so quick, literally took like one minute! It comes in a bag that’s easy to pack it back up and has lots of room. The window and doors zip up or open with a screen and there are two cute pockets for small items you might need. I don’t think you’re getting four adults in here but two adults and two small kids would work. It’s not heavy and will be great for camping this summer!!
This is a perfect tent if you want to go camping with a couple of other people. The tent can fit 4 people if you don't bring a lot of stuff with you. It has a spot to hang a lantern inside which is pretty important when you are out in the wilderness. There are two windows that can be zipped up for privacy, but they are perfect in the summertime when it is hot and you need a breeze to cool you down! This tent does pretty well with rain, but like most other tents it can get damp. A good way to prevent this is by putting another tarp under your tent.
