I was excited to be trialing the Colgate Pulse Series 1 toothbrush as it looked different from the traditional ones currently on the market. It has a slim sleek appearance to it and comes with a charger. It feels nice and looks quality. I was not too sure about the look of the toothbrush as first because it looked so different to the circular brush heads I was use to with other electric toothbrushes and the fact that it looked very similar to manual toothbrushes. However, to my surprise it is simply an amazing product. Firstly, the pulsing feature was not too overwhelming and provided just enough pulse to be effective in cleaning. In addition the 2 minute timer where it buzzes after 2 minutes definitely helped me know when to stop brushing. The app connectivity was very seamless and it helped me track my brushing routine and frequency. The stand out is probably the app, which gives guided brushing and connects to the brush, if keeping up with the guide, you will get a thorough 2 minute clean, and the app turns off the brush automatically. I love the design- very cute and I like the green colour. Super straightforward to use- it only has two settings, gentle and daily clean. I like to use gentle clean as I have quite sensitive teeth.I also really like the 2 minute timer- I remember to not over brush and be efficient as I know it will buzz after 2 minutes. It’s also pulsing every 30 seconds to let me know I should move on to the other section of my teeth.The battery lasts a while- about two weeks and it also charges really quick!I also love to track my brushing via the app, which works really good. I love collecting points and getting rewards- a really cool way to keep me motivated.Overall a great electric toothbrush, I have definitely noticed my teeth being healthier and whiter.

When I got the toothbrush I plugged it into charge, connected it to bluetooth, and let it install updates. I tried to use it later and had a blue ring on the on-button that I couldn't turn off. I attempted to follow the reset instructions, but they didn't fix it. I had to delete the app, turn off bluetooth, and let it go flat. I can't believe I had to wait so long just to be able to use it.
