Colour Mill oil-based concentrated food colourings are designed to blend more easily with oily and high-fat foods - ideal for colouring buttercream, ganache, cake batters, chocolate, swiss meringue, fondant and much more. Being oil-based, only a small amount of colouring is needed to create rich, deep vibrant colours so these bottles go a long way! The 'teardrops' on the sides are a useful colour guide for the depth of colour achieved with said number of drops (do allow a little time for the colour to develop!). Keep stored in a cool, dark place away from direct sunlight and shake well before use. Available in 20ml and 100ml bottles.
