The texture is pleasing to the touch, it thoroughly blocks wind, it washes up great, it has wonderfully big roomy pockets that jeep hands warm, the fit is superb, the collar is extra thick, perfectly sized and when fully zipped is extra protection against cold air. Best purchase of my Christmas Season so far, hands down. I am living in this thing!!!! Thanks Macys and Thanks Columbia!!!!

I just received this jacket yesterday and I gotta say I’m impressed. Its very soft, and warm. Great for cool summer nights if your out and about.. I thought to be honest it was going to be to small, I do wear a size XL normally; but I figured I needed to order a size up, but to my surprise it fit me. But, in saying that there is not any extra room, but it’s comfy just the same. I love the colouring of this jacket, and I will be possibly ordering another.

I received this today. I wanted to share that it does NOT run big. I almost ordered a size down, but remembered that my Columbia jackets tend to run small, so I stayed with my usual size... It fits perfectly. I'm a buffalo plaid-aholic and I love this. It's lighter than I expected...more sweatshirt weight, rather than jacket... but it will be great for wearing out and about this winter.

Overall, it is a nice, cozy jacket! I love the colors, and it is very soft! However, it runs VERY SMALL! I normally wear a large, but I saw the reviews and sized up to an XL. I tried it on, and while it fits, it feels snug in the arms and shoulders. I can zip it up comfortably, but I was worried that the next bigger size would be TOO big, and I'd be swimming in it. I have a t-shirt on under it, which is fine because it is pretty warm. But if you want to layer or wear long sleeves, definitely go up a size, if not two, for this one. Not a deal breaker but can be annoying if you have long hair or want a collar that folds down. It is longer, which I like, so it covers my butt. Pockets are huge, and zip up. I really like this jacket, I just wish they'd figure out the sizing. I bought a different jacket in large and it fits perfect. Yet with this one, I feel like I have to go two sizes bigger? ALSO, IT WILL LEAVE FUZZIES! Made the mistake of wearing black under it the first time. Covered in fuzz and lint balls. Maybe wash it first, or bring a lint roller. I was scared to accidentally shrink it so I wore it right out of the package. I will say, it is very warm and cute!
First off, I love how plush and soft this jacket is! It fits true to size as long as you don't add anything bulky under it. If you like to wear sweatshirts under your jacket I would recommend sizing up as it got a little snug fitting when I tried. The material is very stretchy and was able to fit around it, but I like to not feel constricted with a sweatshirt and jacket. Overall, this jacket will be a go to on nicer fall days/later spring days!
The jacket was defective when I received it. I had a seam in the pocket that was not sewn correctly and as a result had a hole in the pocket. It’s an easy fix, but for the price you pay for the Columbia brand and their reputation as quality out door apparel, I except more. I called Columbia customer services directly and they told me that they don’t warrant their product from third party venders. Very disappointing. Other than the hole, I loved the jacket.
I just bought this fleece, and have washed it once and it's held up well so far! It is a thinner fleece with no lining, but it is still VERY warm. Definitely wearable in a northeast winter. I read other reviews about the color being not as pictured and I agree. The description says "chalk" and I would agree the white is more chalk colored, and the black is more grey/green. I prefer this more muted color combo than what is pictured. Just be forewarned if you are buying for a true black and white look. I am usually an XS in Columbia and sized up to a S in this so I could get some more length (CYA) .
This jacket is warm, soft and comfy but the quality is poor. I only wore it a week and washed it once on delicate. It attracts everything! I broke down one cardboard box (the one it came in), ONE BOX and I had to keep plucking cardboard residue from it. The sleeve cuffs are extremely matted and no longer look plush. There are also two holes in the cuff seams. I am very disappointed in this jacket. I have several Columbia pieces and this is the worst. I can’t return because it’s already worn and I don’t have the tags anymore. I did purchase 2 and will be returning the other one.
I lost 30 pounds and needed a new spring/fall/around the house type piece. This fits the bill perfectly and it's not as heavy as I was expecting. I'm 5'5" and 150 lbs and bought it in large. It's a great fit. The sleeves are not too long and the length covers most of my bum. I don't have hips but the cut I think we allow for someone with larger hips as it is shorter on the sides. The collar is padded, but it is soft so even zipping all of the way up isn't uncomfortable. The zippers are all durable. The material is soft so sitting down is very comfy, not stiff.
This jacket came warm and cozy. Columbia is a great brand for cold weather gear . If you are busty, go up a size it is snug in the chest area. My only complaint is that I was expecting a dark black and the jacket is an off black or soft black depending on terminology. So it looks like it has been faded overtime washing it. I almost returned it but it felt so good and held up during the cold that I kept it.
