The Fast Trek is my favorite fleece jacket style. The sleeves not having elastic streamlines how it looks and gives me a slightly thinner looking silhouette. I also appreciate the sleeves are just long enough for my slightly long arms. Now if they would add a hood it would be the fleece jacket of my dreams.

I wear this fleece jacket almost everyday in the fall and winter. I size up so I can wear a long sleeve t-shirt underneath without it feeling tight. I love that this fleece doesn't have elastic at the wrist and has a wider sleeve opening. My carpal tunnel braces fit within the sleeve which is a tough feature to find!

Good quality fleece. Some great features like large deep interior pockets but they could be improved with zippers or velco to keep items secured inside. Ladies Be Warned - Champion manufactures for slim women with lonnnggg arms. If you have curves order up one size - or even two if you prefer a looser fit. Overall this is a quality product at a price point that to me is a bit high. Next time I’ll head out to a retail store and look for a better value. Also - not crazy about the color options.

Columbia fleece never disappoints. I wear fleece everyday in the winter months and Columbia fleece has the highest quality and warmth. The attention to detail and construction of the garment is always perfect. My daughter thinks I need a fleece intervention. My closet is full of Columbia.
I'm very pleased with my new Women's Fast Trek jacket from Columbia. After trying several fleece jacets, this is the one!I was looking for a lighter weight fleece jacket for an upcoming trip. Temperatures should be pretty moderate, but for the occasional cooler night and cool airports, a little something warm was in order. And this fits the bill.I also wanted something with zippered pockets. This jacket definitely delivered there as well. Two side zipped pockets, 1 zip pocket on the shoulder, and while not zipped, interior pocket space that holds my cell perfectly!I recommend the Women's Fast Trek.
Just bought my second Fast Trek II jacket because, after having a first one for a few years, it is absolutely my favorite— the one I reach for again and again for a couple of reasons: first and foremost is the quality of the fleece— no pilling, good weight, not too fuzzy, and holds up and still looks new after a couple of years; second is fit — for a 5’8” woman, I appreciate that the sleeves and body of the jacket are long enough for me. I wear an XL in this jacket for the length and room it gives me. In the photos, it often looks very short on the model. They must be wearing the smallest size possible. I also love the seams at shoulder, and body— jacket looks a bit fitted and curvy rather than straight and boxy. I wear this indoors just as much as outdoors. The ... The zippers are a bit of overkill for an indoor piece of clothing, but I don’t mind. It reigns as my favorite!
This was a gift for my wife. She loved it. From the fit to the zipper pockets, it was a hit. She’s absolutely loving it for the warmth, and for the extra features. I was impressed by it, and Columbia did a great job on this garment. The material is high-quality, and the details are really nice for fall and winter wear. I have a few Columbia men’s items, and they’ve been in my regular winter wardrobe for years. The collar is taller than most, providing extra warmth, without being too bulky for an additional scarf. The length and style of the cuffs allow tucking into gloves. She commutes to work via public transit, and on the her ‘test run’, this fit nicely under her parka in a freezing sleet storm, without feeling too bulky for the commute. The fleece is thick and ... The fleece is thick and luxurious. The fitted waist makes for comfortable layering, with no excessive bulk. The zipper is solid, and lies perfectly straight, with no puckering, all stitching is neatly finished and sturdy.I’m glad that I got this item for her, and she really loves it!
My husband and I have worn Columbia clothing for most of our adult lives. However, my husband had a zipper break and he had it replace for $40.00 by a tailor. My jacket zipper also broke after having the jacket for 2 months. Retail store where I bought it would not take it back. I had to file a warranty claim with Columbia and pay to send the jacket back. Very poor customer service as I should not have to pay for their defective products. I would have given no stars but that was not an option!
. It has a smooth finish to the fabric which makes it attractive and less bulky than sweater fleece. It is warm and cozy because the weave is denser than a sweater, and yet it unzips if you heat up. It is shaped slightly at the waist. It runs true to size. The aqua blue is lovely. Would welcome many more colors.
I just bought this jacket to replace the same model that I’ve owned for 10 years. The zipper on the first coat finally gave out. This coat has a few different features than the first—a cord to cinch the bottom ( doubt that I will ever use), the pockets have a much thinner fabric lining and pocket zippers seem a little flimsier than the first coat. All that said, I think this is a pretty good coat, especially for the price. I wear it daily in the winter and take it on plenty of hikes and ski adventures. It’s a good weight and it comes in my favorite color (plum).
