The unit is pretty neat and is a much better option than purchasing several sets of weights. The ends of the base are plastic which flexes with the weight and the mechanism to add / remove weight isn’t precise and feels like it wouldn’t withstand an impact of the weight were to be dropped. The increments are 4kg per dumbbell which is not ideal for smaller muscle groups.
They work as expected and are great value for money if you're looking to stay fit at home.
The product is good but very expensive.
They are well constructed, safe to use without any risk of the weight falling on you. The 2 increments setting option is perfect. Well built, solid components and easy to adjust. While there's cheaper ones on the bargain websites, these items are worth it if you want them to last and stand up to regular use.
