Just bought this to connect to my MSI Cubi5 which only has 1 HDMI and for 2 monitors. Connected 1 through HDMI to HDMI and one to HDMI to DisplayPort. Works great as a computer screen extender (once you put the settings in Windows)

I needed a cable to connect from HDMI on my laptop to a monitor with DisplayPort. Saw this on Officeworks website thinking it would work, as no where in the product description suggests it wouldn't. Grabbed on from a store only to find out it will only work when connecting from PC with DisplayPort to a monitor with HDMI, NOT the other way round. It actually says it on the back of the box but should have been highlighted in bold and on the website. Really annoying.

I purchased this cable hoping that it would be high speed HDMI 2.0 so I could achieve 4K at 60 HZ but unfortunately it is not
I bought these cables to connect 2x LG Monitors to a Toshiba Hi-Speed Port Replicator (docking station) to facilitate dual monitors with my laptop.The HDMI connector plugs into the monitor and Display Port connector plugs into the Replicator. Works perfectly
The cable seemed ok at first but very quickly started to have issues. I thought it was my graphics card causing the issue but in fact it was the cable. the video completely cuts out sometimes every second, sometimes it cuts out and does not come back causing me to have to power off the monitor and power it back on.
This product doesn't work properly. Screen consistently blackout
It turns out we bought the wrong HDMI cable for the job we had in mind. Never mind, I'm sure it will come in handy at some stage as our technology ages and anything new will require different connections. Absolutely no problem with the cable, just our decision-making :-)
