I buy this for a friend with Type 1 diabetes. He loves it. Great taste and consistency. Very high quality. Great in tea or on toast. Anything you'd use regular honey with. Seems to help with tummy trouble and inflammation. Would like a larger size. But for the price, this is an excellent value.

I routinely massage this into each foot. It really works wonders the benefits include the feeling of relaxation and care that you give to probably one of the important extremities of our bodies. The packaging and size is also perfect for when I travel. The quality is definitely good because I rarely have cracked heels.

I purchased this for use in my hot teas and occasionally spread on toast. It was a great price and because it has health benefits even with the MGO being only 50, I felt it was reasonably priced for the large size. I purchase the higher MGO for the times I have stomach issues, for use in smoothies, and when I feel a cold/flu/URI coming on. This Comvita allows me to still use Manuka honey on a daily basis. Highly recommend. Will purchase it again.
I LOVE this honey, well worth the money. I just wish the container was a big easier to get the honey out of. Because it's cold, the honey is solid, and the opening is small, so it's a bit tough to get honey out. Nonetheless, this honey is wonderful~
