I take 1ml of drop add honey and mix with hot water to drink every morning. My alley is gone and I feel healthy. I will drink twice a day when I feel sick. It really help me a lot, especial during this past two years.

I have mouth ulcers for many many years. I finally found a treatment. I normally have the mouth ulcer for more then a week until it slowly heals. I drop the propolis extract directly onto the mouth ulcer, take some warm water in the mouth and keep it for a while. Did that 4-5 times a day. Already at the first day the pain was gone. It’s like number. After day two it was almost gone. Just incredible! So happy with propolis. Very good for your immune system. Love it!
