The rope snapped where it connected to the metal 3 ring hook on our first time taking them out. I reached out to Wholesale marine for next steps with no response. It’s been 8 days.

Had 6 juniors from 6 to10 years all succeed on their first attempt at skiing on these Connelly Cadets. The front bar provided great stability and attached handle definitely helped their success
