The shoes are more comfortable than I expected. I think the sole is more cushioned than regular Converse. I have wide feet that are usually a 6.5, sometimes a 7 depending on the fit of the toe box. A 7 works well for me here.The color is more off-white than bright white.

Also, the rubber toe and trim is not a true white but slightly off white. I have other chuck taylors and these CdG version definitely don’t feel as comfortable, more stiff.

The box was literally shredded into pieces. Shoes wasn’t damaged but I like putting shoes back in box when I’m not wearing them so kind a eye sore when you see one pair of shoes sitting out
I was excited to receive these shoes as I have been wanting them for a long time, however, when they finally came there was one main flaw. The soles and the cushioning were not glued together! The foam was just placed inside the shoe with no connection whatsoever. Unfortunately, I plan on returning them.
Nice grey color high tops. Didn’t want to get another black sneaks. Was debating over blue or grey. Glad I went w/ grey. Compared to your normal (non-collab) chuck taylor, the tongue on these shoes are of less quality. It is not padded and cut narrower thus tend to not sit properly on top of your foot. It wrinkles & sits oddly or slides to the side. Other than that, size is exact same as what you would expect with your regular chuck taylor shoes. Comfort wise similar as well, but these feel tad bit narrower (but not enough to size up).
This is a review about the Nordstrom shopping experience at Ala Moana, not about the shoes. I have been in your shoe department multiple times over the course of a few weeks, and I consistently received the same treatment. The workers in the men's shoe department were friendly, professional and willing to help. Unfortunately, the workers in the women's shoe department were quite the opposite, not outright rude, but nearly bordering on it. I was there 4 or 5 times within that time period, and during every visit, I was extremely disappointed with some of the employees. It was very surprising; I never expected that from Nordstrom of all places!
So many compliments on the first day. Comfortable for a whole day of teaching. So cute! Plus the high runner soles worked perfect for a rainy day! Insole feels thicker than regular converse. I’ve been wanting these for months!
I was so excited about these shoes. I’ve been wanting them forever. I finally bought them and they sent me what I can only think is a returned pair. It came in different packaging and I’m just upset, because i was so excited about the packaging and the shoes. Like the tissue paper was gross too and there was human hair in it. Like come on Nordstrom, what is this?!
i finally got my hands on these and they are very cute for the spring/summer!! the sizing fits true to size and the quality is great. i think these are better than other chuck taylors by fit, because they are not too narrow or tight, they fit just right. i ordered my regular size, not a size down, because i have wide feet. i was told they run big but i'm afraid a size smaller would be a bit too small. so, for wide feet, i would say to get your normal size or maybe just a half a size down. they are a bit more expensive than the other chuck taylors, but it's a collab so that makes sense. the heart is really cute in person and nice quality design.
