Bought my first Chucks, went with my normal sizing, typical 10.5. I have a wider foot and typically have to buy wide boots/shoes. But these give me a perfect fit with just about a thumbs width at the top. For reference I wear a 10.5 in vans, 9.5 EE in IronRangers, 10 in Thursday Boots. A must have shoe for your wardrobe.

Love these shoes and have had them forever. Ordered a new pair a half size down as recommended, but they were way too small! I recommend ordering half a size up unless you have tiny toes. The small toe box is what causes problems with the sizing - the rest of the shoe works just fine half a size down, but it will pinch your toes if you don't order up in my experience.

Most comfortable shoes I own! The only shoes I wear I don’t want to take off. I wear them to the office most days, then to walk and bike home, and even to lift weights. As far as I am concerned these shoes are perfect. The only way to improve them is to ship them with better laces— I use my own cotton ones, in the right size for high tops (63 in)
I am usually a size 8 in all my shoes but for converse specifically I get a half size down (7 1/2). I love everything about the shoe and the think sole too! These specific pair really does give “vintage”. I would recommend this for anyone or just people like me who have been high top converse lovers for ages.
My daughter loves these shoes. It took her a little while to wear them in. I don’t agree that they run big, in fact compared to other sneakers she’s worn in the same size these run a little small. After a couple of weeks of constant wear they are more comfortable for her.
I haven't put a pair of these on since 1978. Forgot just how comfortable and practical they are. So simple. No hi tech nonsense. Just rubber and canvas. Why complicate things? Stick with the classics, stick with the basics.
