Converse Toddler Chuck Taylor All Star Ox in Black

My daughter loves these! We had purchased a knock off version previously when she was in a smaller size but they were so narrow she couldn’t wear them for very long. The real converse version are wider in the toe box which is better for feet. They have flat footbeds which isn’t the greatest for arch support, but it’s probably ok for regular daily use.

We are a Converse family. I love my Converse so much that when my son was born I bought these. He wore them when he was learning to walk and now they are put up in his keepsake box. Converse are a classic and they look amazing with almost every outfit. They are built to last. They are so comfortable too. With them being flat it really helped to teach my son to walk flat footed instead of on tiptoes.

I’ve worn these shoes for years in various shades including pink and I absolutely love them, they go with anything! Great treads on the bottom and hold up for years. Only 4 seats because I have a high arch and I could use more support than these shoes offer, but they’re still comfortable for a long time.

Converse wasn't my first choice for everyday casual shoes, but these really impressed me. They're super comfortable for wearing all day, and the breathable top really helps preventing your feet from getting too warm or tired. They look great too - I wear them playing games in the park and doing errands and they were a real treat. They wouldn't be my go-to running shoes, as I prefer something a little lighter and more flexible for running, but for just about anything else they're perfect.

As you know they have the slip-ons, tie-ups, and different colors, but they also have high tops and low tops. The high tops go above your ankles and also come in multiple colors. Once I saw someone's converse had pineapples all over them as a design. You can get different designs other than pineapples though. You can get roses, flowers, a cartoon character, neon colors, and much more. I think I would get the pineapple shoes. I personally think if I didn't chose a crazy design then I would get the black slip-ons because then I don't have to tie them every time I wear them and also because then they won't get dirty as easily. I think I will have to bleach my white ones sometime soon. I would rate my white slip-ons a 3 out of 4 because of the getting dirty and black tie-ups a 4 out of 5 because they don’t get dirty and also they take a long time to time. If you decide to get a pair of converse of your own I hope that you’ll enjoy them because I enjoy them even with their flaws.

Love Them, But Size Down

I got these for my 8 year old daughter in black. She normally uses a size 3 but after reading multiple reviews decided to size go down half a size. I opted for 2 1/2. I'm glad I did. They fit perfect and she loves them. I might get her another pair soon in a different color. If you're planning on getting some for your kid, I would definitely size down a half size.

Perfect for my son!

This is my second pair of Classic Chucks for my little boy. I love the way they fit, and look. They're somewhat minimalist, which we love, they're comfy, cute and most surprising- they're very reasonably priced!Buying direct from Converse has been my best experience yet, and I will continue buying Classic Chucks as long as the quality and customer service stays this good. In my opinion, Converse stands out from most other companies I do business with. Other brands could learn a lot from these ladies and gents. Cheers from Memphis!

employee did not measure correctly

Came in to purchase my grandbaby some new shoes since her growth spurt. I had the employee measure her foot and he measured her at a size 10 I was blown away but thought numbers don’t lie. For a 3.5 yr old she is really tall and currently in bigger sizes but that meant she jumped 3 sizes over night. I trusted his skills and also watched him measure. Got them home and they look like clown shoes. Cute but clown shoes.. now I have to do a return which is an inconvenience since I don’t see her often
