I LOVE MY NEW POT. I LIKE THAT IT'S DEEP SO YOU CAN MAKE A LARGE AMOUNT OF SOUP OR CHILLI WITHOUT IT BOILING OVER . I ALSO LIKE THE STAINLESS STEEL LID .THE POT IS SO EASY TO CLEAN AND IT ALWAYS LOOKS NEW.

Love it. Replaced old non-stick pots that began to fail after getting a lot of wear and tear during the pandemic being used for three meals a day for over a year now. They held up for 24 years of regular use, but the pandemic did the non-stick finish in. The new pans should last for many years and will better tolerate the abuse of those in the house who can't understand you don't use metal utensils on non-stick. After buying my first in this series I'm adding more, I have 4 from this collection so far and am happy with all. Would recommend to a friend, they also allow using a lower cooking temperature as the lids are a tight fit and the handles remain cool to the touch as promised.

So glad I picked this pot!I've scaled my scratch chili recipe up and will yield 17 to 18 cups of scratch chili with only a small amount of splatter and no spillage from the pot. No mess to clean-up, YOOOHOOO!That's seventeen to eighteen pre-cooked, defrost and heat meals in the freezer.

This is stockpot is great, I was able to cook tasty meal without worrying of it getting over heated the lid is great and easily handled. My mother also liked it too and she also loves cooking with this pot, she approves it and already started telling people about it. I you ask me I will recommend this product to friends and family. and will order more of them.
I am a member of Bazaarvoice and TryItSampling and received for free a Cooks Standard 8-Quart Classic Stainless Steel Stockpot With Lid. This is a great size pot to cook the perfect size soup, chili, chicken & dumplings etc in. It feels very sturdy but a little heavy. Your food does not stick to the bottom which is wonderful.When I have left overs it fits very nice in the refrigerator. It’s easy to clean with soap and water. Very pleased to receive this and could not wait to try it out. Highly recommend.
The pot was exactly as expected and the in store pick up was fast and convenient! Saved on shipping this way too. The pot is nice looking and very sturdy. The box was damaged and I liked that Home Depot had inspected it before my arrival to be sure contents were unharmed. Very pleased overall.

Perfect timing to get a stock pot! I have made 3 big pots of soup the last couple days and this stockpot has performed really well. The handles are shaped and sized well and placed perfectly to assist in lift a pot full of soup. The lid fits perfectly. Unlike many affordable stockpots. this stockpot has a heavy bottom which heats up and distributes heat evenly, there are no hot spots and it is easy to control both your simmer and your boil. The 8 quart is perfect for everyday use whether you are making stock, soup, cooking pasta or potatoes. It cleans up nice and shiny. Everyone needs a good stockpot and I highly recommend this one.
Like that it is made of heavy duty metal, and that it has a metal lid, not glass. I did not have a chance to use it yet but I will when I make soup like chili, it looks to be very good for that and boiling veggies too.
