Cool Water Wave Eau De Toilette Spray by Davidoff - 125 ml

This fragrance gets compared to invictus aqua by Paco Rabanne. And I definitely do see the similarity, but cool water wave is a bit sweeter. Personally I like cool water wave more. Now I've never owned invictus aqua, but I've smelled it on a tester strip, and it was ok but nothing mind blowing. In its defense, I haven't worn the fragrance, so for all I know, it could be a great fragrance. Although I heard that the original formulation of invictus aqua is much better than the new stuff. Real nice fragrance. I am enjoying wearing it. Excellent price too. £22 for 200ml bottle. Given the cost that fragrances cost to make, there is no reason (other than greed) why all fragrances shouldnt be around that price. Real nice cheapie!

This scent was reviewed by one of my preferred Youtube fragrance reviewers and he claimed it as his one "cheapie" scent keep for all time as a summertime fragrance. I have never even worn the classic Cool Water, for which this is a flanker. I also have wanted, but never worn Invictus Aqua, but it draws consistent rave reviews and I understand this scent has similarities at a much lower price. I have been wearing it quite a bit over the last two weeks and my wife likes it. It is fresh, out of the shower, soapy sweet. I would describe it as a bit "playful." I will continue to wear it regularly this summer and think it is a great value fragrance.

I totally agree with aroma and fragrance as the best two choices. The fragrance was aromatic, astonishing, freshly and soul touching. Used the perfumes on everyday bases, that helps me to feel fresh on the whole day. I would recommend every good product to my friends and family, and Davidoff Cool Water Wave - Eau de Toilette is one of the product. The design of the product is just normal. but the aroma of the perfume overtake the design of the product.

This is a lighter version made for the summer time, it's got ok longevity and the projection is ok. However the grapefruit that they added to cool water just makes it seem too unisex. I ended up using the last 10ml or so of my 40ml bottle as spray in my bedroom. I won't miss it if it's gone. Get or keep buying the original.

I definitely think this davidoff wave is a keeper! Its cheap and smells very very fresh. I would say the strongest note is grapefruit but not in a feminine way, its still manly. I don't see a lot of reviews on this around, but its definitely nicer than Davidoff cool water the original, this one's lighter and fresher. My boyfriend loves it for everyday after his shower, and he's gotten compliments from his friends because its just something you would've never probably smelt before. A mediocre budget scent

When you spray this it gives a very strong bleachy chemical fragrance which is quite offputting at first. Once this settles it definitely loses the strength of that chemical smell and becomes a more subtle clean, fresh day time spray and is very citrusy! So if citrus is not the note you are going for, avoid this. I would definitely say you get your money’s worth but it does smell like a fair priced budget aftershave. Am I disappointed? No, would I buy this again? Probably not

This is such a nice summer scent!

This is a great fresh aquatic, spicy fragrance! It's nothing ground breaking, but I really enjoy wearing this in the hot summer days! In the opening I get that splash of grapefruit, Sichuan pepper followed by the salty sea notes. As it starts to dry down I get the birch leaf, juniper and patchouli. In the full dry down it becomes woody with that sandalwood note. Performance is average. I got about 5 hours on my skin,.
