I was devistated when a freak wind gust snapped one of the arms of my Coolcabana. I was so happy to find that a replacement arm was only $25 and it arrived in the mail within a week. It took me about 2 minutes to replace and is now as good as new. It is good to deal with a company that values its ongoing relationship with customers who pay a premium for their product. Great stuff.

One of the arms on our cabana broke. It was under warranty so Cool Cabana send a replacement out. It was very easy to replace the broken arm. We are back to using our Cool Cabana and loving it.
We were bummed when the arm of our second cabana snapped, but we were relieved to see a replacement arm for $25. It was very simple to switch it out. Very pleased!
Fit perfectly, there were no directions and no replacement screws, so keep your old parts and pay attention when you remove the old part!
The new arms are great. They really fix the issue that I am experiencing with the previous version of the arms, where they snap. It looks like the new arms are re-enforced with additional plastic. It’s a shame I have to replace all of the old arms on my CoolCabanna because the broken arms are no longer covered by the warranty.

CoolCabanas company is exceptional. I sent an email with a picture explaining my situation. The very next day they emailed that the replacement arm was being shipped no cost. I received it the next day. The whole process was 2 days. CoolCabanas has set the benchmark for excellent customer service.Also the arm was very easy to replace.
I ordered cabana in nov 2020 I live in a cold state so did not open until may there was a defect in the arm attachment screw would not tighten arm therefore the arm would not support cabana went back and forth with company because I specifically bought for family vacation for week of June 6th they did send new arm that was not the problem it was a defect where screw attached arm would not thread they could not comprehend this would not replace refund because they have a 14 day return policy you need to be aware of this I was not fortunately my husband is very handy and he bought a tap and dye tool for 25 and repaired i was very disappointed in their customer service would never purchase again I say buy a nice umbrella as a back up to your shibumi
