If you are going to purchase this I would not buy it sold and shipped by Amazon. Many people give the product good reviews but I think Amazon buys what companies can't or won't sell. Which is ok to a degree. If you buy this sold and shipped by Amazon it will have an alcohol after taste. You find that alcohol taste because of how the batch was made. Amazon might have a better price for this (and some other items) but it is not worth it.

The flavor is nice and tastes a bit like coffee. Great texture and taste like pure maple. Good for baking and goes well with breakfast cereals like oatmeal. Flows easily from the glass bottle. The color is rich.

I prefer the dark amber, formerly grade B organic syrup from Coombs family farms. It has a great maple taste that makes everything taste better. I use it for pancakes, cream of wheat hot cereal and my new favorite is sweetening my coffee with it! I've love Coombs Family Farms Organic Maple Syrup!!

This maple syrup is a family favorite. Been looking for it for a long time and was ecstatic to find it on iHerb. The price is definitely a negative (super high) as it used to be cheaper but the taste and quality are so great compared to other brands (specially the dark one). It has a smoky not overly sweet taste which is balanced and goes very well with pancakes. I would suggest leaving it for pancakes and waffles to enjoy its true maple taste and use the Amber one for drinks or baking as it’s lighter and has more sweetness and less smokiness.
The quality and quantity of this product is great for me. I use this when I make pancakes and waffles for my family, especially for my kids. The flavor is very nice and not too sweet. The ingredients are all natural which is one reason why I buy it. There is no weird after taste or anything either. I feel this type of syrup is very clean and great to use as an ingredient. I also use this as an ingredient for baking to add a little bit of sweetness.

Maple syrup is always pricey but this one is good and reasonable. It is dark, rich, organic. I buy these when it's on sale and use them on pancakes, french toast, granola. I like that it comes in a glass bottle so it doesn't look or feel cheap. My friend uses this too and she adds it to her coffee. It is not to sweet too.
