I ordered: 2 x Coopers Stout, 2 x Coopers Dark Ale & 2 x Coopers LagersCoopers Stout Expiry Date: 17/04/17Coopers Dark Ale Expiry Date: 10/06/18Coopers Lager Expiry Date: 15/12/18I am not happy with the Stout expiry as when I received it there was less then 4 weeks to expiry. I couldn't trust that the yeast would be any good so I had to purchase a fresh yeast from the Brewing Shop. I was not happy but didn't want the trouble in repackaging and returning it back

Fermentation - this was quite an active beer it overflowed on 1day8 hours but only a little bit about 100ml, secondary pressure built quite quickly and ended with perfect carbonation. First Poor I was hooked, thick creamy head, incredibly smooth caramel sweet bitter biscuit finish. Had 2 pints on the first night its so good. It does remind me of some good pub nights in Adelaide having this with friends which if a beer can remind you of good memories its a keeper. Even the stout dislikers had two glasses 5L keg went just a little too quick for this beauty, lucky there is another. Poor is smooth but do need cold glasses tilt it around 60degrees with outlet on the glass edge, then rotate the glass while pouring so you can pour a perfect glass with a perfect head.

Like all Coopers brew concentrates, easy to use, almost foolproof and delivers consistent results. In its basic form it tastes very similar to the bought stuff and can be enhanced by adding extra ingredients. I use half the sugar and make a good low alcohol ale with full flavour. I don't know what 'features' are so gave that three stars - it would otherwise have been a perfect score.
Cracked a bottle after14 weeks secondary fermentation and what beauty it’s turned out to be!Smooth and tasty with almost zero bitterness. Normally don’t like Stout that much but this brew is exceptional
I have no idea why Coopers stopped brewing this, but thank goodness us home brewers still have access to this wonderful drop. Lovely creamy head, subtle chocolate, so smooth and easy to drink. You have no idea it is up there in alcohol %'s
A good product with top quality in every Kit I've tried from Coopers. easy to brew with a great end product
Everything i needed in kit form for my 1st attempt at home brewing. Very surprised at the results. Took slightly longer to ferment as i live in a 'cold' house but help pages and forum were informative. Very pleased and will be ordering more in the future.
Need warming up? Grab a seat around a fire and wrap your hands around a Coopers Special Old Stout. It's just that. Special. Very special. And solky smooth. As soon as it hits your lips you get a magnificent taste and aromas of coffee and chocolate. Thick and creamy...it's sure to warm you up...like your favourite person giving you a big warm bear hug. Order this brewprint. One of the best stouts I've tried. You will not be disappointed.
This is a magnificent drop. On my first sip it had jumped up and rated in my top 3. I will be definitely making this one again. Was super active in brew cycle and leaked a bit in overflow but well worth it. It really packs a punch so look out.
