We agreed with delivery time and the rate.However, when the chair get delivered and it was without electrical adapter. The driver asked to pay more as he was given a wrong information from the store.And I need to drive my self back to city to pick up the wire.Not recommended to purchase anything in DFO southwalf.When I get back to the store to collect the missing adaptor, the sales person says this is not a free of charge. You should've paid extra for the adaptor. Amazing quality and looks superb. We also purchased the Cora sofa with chaise and it looks great in our open plan living area.
Delivered on time, and setup was quick and easy. They even took the packaging away

Ordered leather furniture in November 2022. Received delivery in early February 2023. Instead of leather, fabric furniture was delivered. Now have to wait again for 14 weeks before I receive my correct order.

the chair is quite big and good armchairs but I find that hurt my back without cushion or with. And also not enough support for my neck .I should listen to my husband from the beginning that he was right.What can I do ? Return ?Donna
