I'm coming from a garmin watch and wow this watch is so much better. The battery life is amazing definitely the best feature. As someone who does 20+ hour climbs in a single push nothing else works. Software updates frequently with new features all the time.

Coming from Garmin, this watch is my new all-time favourite! The battery life is absolutely astonishing and lasts way longer than I do! Super simple to use and helping me to realise my potential getting back into running.

It is the only fitness watch on the market (FitBit, Garmin, wahoo, Suunto) that does NOT actually track how many calories you burn in a day. That is one of the very basic functions of a fitness watch - to let you know how many calories you have burned when you were active. It does track calories when you initiate a workout (and even then, only active calories, not total calories). In sum, worthless if your goals are around weight loss. Other than this, watch worked fine and definitely looks more stylish better than its competitors.

Good: Very easy to use and valuable model in overall combination Weak: HR readouts sometimes wrongly detected while long distance running
I've had this watch for several months now and have been hesitant to review it in case Coros could make it better. I run street and trails with trails being my preferred run. I live in a rural area so I don't expect the GPS to be perfect but I've had runs with this watch that I lose 1/10th of a mile per mile run. I'm running about seventy miles a week so how am I supposed to train with any accuracy with this thing? The other negatives I've noticed are the watch band isn't to my liking and the watch face isn't programmable like it is in a workout. You're stuck with whatever modes they put in your watch face. It's also difficult to see unless you're in the sun. The positives are that it has a tremendous battery life. There are a multitude of analytics to check out. ... MoreI've had this watch for several months now and have been hesitant to review it in case Coros could make it better. The maps seem ok once you get used to them. The touch screen is somewhere between good and bad. I hate to give this thing a 2/5 but it really deserves it until they can fix the GPS.
not for me. Garmin makes a more polished and nicer product, but you certainly pay too much for a Garmin compared to Coros...especially since Coros offers basically all of the same features as a Fenix 7X or Enduro 2. For me, it just wasn't the right watch, so I'll possibly try another Coros.
Great color & battery life. Use it mostly for trail runs, just completed copper canyon 80k. Didn’t charge watch all week & still had plenty of life left after race. GPS works great & loading routes & music is easy . Scratch proof. Half the price of garmin watch! Has almost same features. Very happy with apex pro 2
I got this as a replacement for my Apex that was recalled, even ponied up an extra $150 in the deal. Now I find out it has no ANT+ support so I can't use my existing speed/cadence sensors to feed the watch and the bike display. So I had to buy a second set of sensors (another $75) to put on the bike. So, in total $225 more to be where I was prior to the "upgrade". This will be my last COROS watch, for sure, since they screwed this up and they now cost the same as more the more reliable competition anyway.
I was a die hard Garmin fan until I the watch got zapped by a static electric shock from the treadmill. This has been a great replacement so far.
This is my second Coros watch I’ve purchased (I bought a new one only because I wanted a few more features). The battery is phenomenal and I only recharge it every other week and that’s with daily GPS usage (it also charges very quickly!).The features are great numerous, the GPS acquires a signal very quickly, the face is easy to read (the backlight is great for my night runs) and they offer really cool options to change the background. It is very user friendly and quick to learn and use all of the features. The COROS app is very user friendly and designed very well-I’ve never had an issue with technical problems. I highly recommend this watch!!
