Corsodyl Complete Protection Extra Fresh Toothpaste 75ml

Corsodyl has always been a toothpaste I trusted for many years, but the problem is the staining. When they came up with this ‘Complete’ version, the staining has been eradicated as an after-effect. Mouth and breath is fresher for longer. Bleeding gums or not, this is a really effective toothpaste for cleaner teeth, healthier gums and fresher breath.

Best I've used for cleaning and sensitivity

Excellent cleaning toothpaste. My tongue ran easily over my teeth after first clean. Found the taste pleasant and now definitely no more sensitivity and my teeth are so clean. Normally use Sensodyne but will be using this from now on.

Been suffering with gum disease and in a long que forThe dentist, have tried Atleast 7 other toothpastes to try and this is the first that ticks all boxes. Can see the plaque removal after a few days , teeth look whiter, feel cleaner and it’s done this without any damage to gums.I used it along with my electric toothbrush and a lot of staining has been removed already. Excellent for gum problems - but an unusual taste

Having already been a fan of Corsodyl mouthwash, which my dentist recommended for use when my impacted wisdom teeth made my gums hurt, I was interested to see how this toothpaste performed.I would agree that it has a very odd taste. Yes, it is minty, but this is quickly taken over by a strange salty flavour, which reminded me of bicarbonate of soda. I think this is probably a case of gentle prevention of staining, rather than a bleaching effect.Do be aware that the paste is pink, and so the foam which appears is also light pink. initially I was concerned as I thought it was due to bleeding, but then I realised my mistake.To conclude - recommended for anyone with gum issues - but expect an unusual taste.

HELPS THE GUMS

I used this and have not really found much difference from my own toothpaste. I knew the taste would not be very nice as I use their mouthwash but I like their products. I got my husband to use it as well. He has had gum problems for a long time but when he went to the dentist after using this his gums have improved. So I think that this toothpaste does actuallywork. The price is fair. Recommended if you suffer with poorly gums.

Its great for bleeding gums

I have been using this toothpaste for over a year now because I suffer from terrible bleeding gums. My gums are significantly better now I use it twice a day and floss regularly. Unless you have bleeding gums you may not want to try this toothpaste because its an acquired taste. Very salty and not at all minty. Ive got so used to it now it doesnt bother me and I find minty toothpaste tastes weird now!

Stained my oak bathroom top.

I liked the bicarbonate toothpaste, it cleaned my teeth well. BUT - After a couple of uses I noticed that it was leaving fine, orange stains all over my bathroom workstop, that won?t come off. I?ve tried bleach, I?ve tried scrubbing, it appears to be permanently stained. I contacted the manufacturer and they said that as it?s a toothpaste, they only have to concern themselves with the performance in the mouth, if it stains your bathroom that?s not their concern. I?ve obviously thrown it away, my bathroom worktop was new and has been ruined.

The texture is everything

First glance, nice packaging. Didn’t jump out at me all together but it’s toothpaste.The texture of this toothpaste is everything definitely can see why it gives you that fresh feel. Almost exfoliating feel for your teeth and removes plaque perfectly.However taste wise I am more of a minty fresh kind of girl so would love it if they did a version of this with a bit more of a kick but for those who prefer a less minty toothpaste this would be perfect for you.Would recommend

Too sweet

I was sent this as a free review item by Ocado. It claims 8 benefits for teeth and gums, and I have no reason to doubt it. I do use Corsodyl normally, and while expensive I think it?s good toothpaste. This one is however too sweet and looking at the ingredients I see it has stevia in, which would account for the extra sweetness. I don?t care for the taste of stevia, but if you like sweet toothpaste this may be for you. Also a bit gritty like baking soda toothpaste, so may not be so good for electric toothbrushes.

helps your gums

Ive read some reviews that say this is overly sweet so put me off buying however Corsodyl is really good for bleeding gums. In comparison to a normal Corsodyl, which is very salty and savoury, this is sweeter but its no sweeter than a normal toothpaste. Its actually a bit more tolerable and takes less getting used to than the previous salty taste. Id definitely not be put off by that
