5/5 for the price and Quality

I have been a guitar enthusiast for years. Never had the opportunity to play or learn continuously due to family commitments. I have been struggling with a Hobner box guitar for 9-10 years. I wasnt aware about too many brands available in the market these days. My son decided to learn guitar and that got me all excited. I decided to invest a fair amount to buy a good sounding guitar. A gentleman named Sachin from Bajaao guided me and recommended this model. I had no idea about Cort as a brand. After trying it out, I could feel the difference. My sons guitar teacher too was shocked with the price and richness in the tone. Even he owns a Cort guitar now I guess. Thanks to Sachin and Team Bajaao for being so prompt with their replies and delivery. The experience was great.

A good budget electro-acoustic guitar

Being someone who has been playing the electric guitar for a long time, I wanted a good electro-acoustic guitar on a lower budget and after I tried this guitar out at a store I was convinced that this is what I am looking for. The plus side of this guitar is the sound and the tunings which you can play around till you find the one that suits you. On the downside, the built-in tuner at times isnt accurate as the one that I have and I would rather prefer having extra light or custom light strings from D'Addario.Overall a good guitar if you are just starting out and a great one if you have a low budget.

The Cort AD810 is an absolute gem of a guitar. It is unbelievable that an inexpensive guitar like this one can give one such a clear tone and comfort of play. A recommended instrument for anyone wanting to buy a budget guitar, especially beginners and intermediates.Sound:- The AD810 has a bright tone, thus making finger-picked leads sound as alive as those using plectrum.- Sound quality is not compromised with string ageing. Old strings typically tend to become warm and muddy, but this guitar's bright and clear response kind of balances that out.- The dense mahogany gives it a decent sustain.Playability:- This guitar has a relatively narrow fretboard and lean neck width, making it easy to play. Otherwise I am pretty happy with this instrument.

Best guitar in its segment

I bought my Cort AD810E NS three years ago, ever since I started playing the acoustic guitar. Over the years, I have played innumerable guitars possessed by my friends and teacher. However, none of them was even close to this guitar. Its looks and sound quality immediately appeal to anyone playing or hearing it being played. Even holding it is sheer pleasure. One of my friends went far enough to say that this guitar is even better than the Yamaha guitars in the 20K range. As I've already mentioned, the sound and feel are great. One negative that some might feel is the lack of a 'cut', reducing the comfortable range of playability to 15 frets (I personally don't find that to be much of an issue though, as I rarely play stuff needing me to go higher that that. One negative that some might feel is the lack of a 'cut', reducing the comfortable range of playability to 15 frets (I personally don't find that to be much of an issue though, as I rarely play stuff needing me to go higher that that. I've got the electric to cater to that). As is the case with any semi acoustic guitar, this guitar too faces distortions and screeches in sound when being played in close proximity of the amp to which it is connected. For me, keeping the amp over three metres away from the guitar solves this issue (although I rarely use my amp with this guitar. I prefer to use my electric with the amp). One of the reviews here says that the player didn't find the inbuilt tuner to be very good. Mine is very accurate though, so most likely, it is simply a device to device issue. Can't assure you if yours will be satisfactory or not.Being a dreadnaught, it's size may be slightly overwhelming for shorter players. I suggest you try one out before purchasing it (if you feel like purchasing it, that is).

Best in price class
28 April 2022

Got $60 bucks off ordering it online. Free shipping 3-5 days, got it in 4 days. Can't believe what I got for the price. Doesn't even need to be set up. Neck is already perfectly adjusted. Nice bright light strings. Excellent tone and sustain. Nice tuning keys. I'm really impressed. Pulled it out of the box, put my Snark to work and Wallah, sweet music to me ears. HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS GUITAR. WILL NOT FIND ANY OTHER GUIYAR IN THIS PRICE RANGE WITH THIS QUALITY. Been playing 40 years so I ought to know.Kevin W.

Inexpensive Quality
14 May 2021

This is a very inexpensive guitar but is actually pretty nice. Since I don't play with or for others I wanted something basic and inexpensive to jam on. I searched online and found many decent reviews from all around the world. My guitar also seems to be well-built with a high degree of precision - the action is very low and easy to finger - especially when tuned down half a note the way I like it. Everything fits and works well. I've only had it a few days but it stays in tune and is everything I hoped it would be for a very low price.

Well I have been a guitarist for 51 years and I am 61 and I have always heard Cort makes some of the best quality guitars at every price range! It is all so true folks! I have bought 3 other acoustic guitars in the past month as well! I bought this Cort dreadnought at the Lansing Michigan guitar center a few days ago! I I was going to buy a more expensive acoustic so I thought but after playing the Cost AD 810 OP to my surprise I fell in love with this guitar after a few minutes of playing! I play classical, folk ragtime rock and blues and everything sounded so good! This guitar to me is superb for the money in terms of sound, fit, finish and sound quality! Just received this guitar in great condition all setup and ready. I was looking to buy the cheapest guitar of decent quality that i could find online.A friend of mine had owned one and I was impressed with the quality. I figured what's to lose? Less than 8k....The guitar is a fine starter guitar, intonation is spot on, tone is good, looks just as good as any dreadnought out there. well worth the money spent. Also the action is definitely low, as a matter of fact i had to raise it up a couple of turns at the truss rod.
