Took about an hour and a bit to build and once it was built it does everything I want it to and more - honestly. Adjustable bench for a 90 degrees seat, two incline settings and a flat for bench. super easy to switch around the angle of the bench literally takes 10 seconds.Overall quality is also very good only downside is when building the instructions were a little hard to follow as the set had been updated from the instruction manual and I had to figure out to balance the bench by twisting the little cups at the bottom of the struts.

Very good for bench press but squats can be a little awkward but manageable. Overall not bad, I cant really fault the design or suggest anything else. Does the job well, 5 stars.
The first issue was that the product does not sit flush on the ground, one of the support legs has a tube sleeve whereas the other support legs do not.The second and most important issue is one of the plate arms cannot slide all the way down so it is useless as a benchpress in the flat position. It's basically a one position bench press.
Great price, I had to shop around alot for this but great value for money. Good quality.
I had a similar bench in the past, but there were two things that made me switch to this one. First, my old bench was fixed to one angle flat! I could try multiple bench angles with MF-4000, which really helped me get better gains from chest exercises. Having safety spot bars have been useful for those moments I came close to failure. It also comes equipped with adjustable barbell hooks and adjustable leg holders, so you can perform other compounds. Overall, a great value for your money!
I am still waiting on this item to arrive as well, it has been 2 months or more made to follow up phone calls with a promise of a email or call back but nothing
This bench is very easy to set up and the functions are awesome. Looking forward to getting back into training again with this bench press.
Started to put mine together today and it had pieces broken and some missing altogether.I'm 6"2 and even for me the bench is far too high off the ground to plant your feet when lifting. Terrible design!One side of the support tubes won't slide up and down to adjust due to the welds inside the tube not beimg cleaned up.Not happy with this product at all and won't be purchasing from this website ever again.Whoever packs these for delivery clearly has some brain cells missing.
