I use this under my moisturizer before bed and I wake up with glowing beautiful skin. Zero irritation & it feels very pure. You only need a very small amount. People having poor reactions probably don't know how to treat their skin and protect the moisture barrier, using harsh stripping soaps etc. If you use too much, it might leave a sticky residue initially but it says you should gently tap with your fingers to help it absorb. Ideally it should be used after washing your face when there is the most moisture to lock it in. Highly recommend. Normal/combo skin.

My Favorite Essence

I switched from the Advanced Snail 96 Mucin Power Essence to the Hyaluronic Acid Hydra Power Essence, and my skin (oily/sensitive/acne prone) seems to like this one better. While I did see great results with the snail essence in terms of skin texture, I think the natural glycolic acid in the snail mucin is too much for my face (it causes random whiteheads here and there). My skin loves BHAs, but AHAs? Not so much. My skin definitely feels a lot more hydrated and supple when I incorporate an essence after my toner and before my serum, so this essence is a keeper. It also seems to keep acne in check (probably because of the hippophae rhamnoides water).

Ok product

When I first applied this product it felt gooey then when my skin absorbed it it left my skin 10% sticky which was annoying but manageable. My skin felt tingley, but I still wanted to give it a try. For the next few days I notice that my skin looked more hydrated and more plump. Which I loved, but now I've developed a bunch of small white pimples on my face. This is the only new product that I've tested in almost a week. I want to love this product be its definitely not for sensitive skin. I did let my 9 year old try it and it did wonders to her skin. My daughter has normal skin. I'm 31 with sensitive acne prone skin for reference.

You should really try their essence

I bought these to try and replace the expensive Estee Lauder lines I’m using. I don’t normally experiment to my face because I breakout almost immediately after using a wrong one. Glad this one did not cause any problem, I layer different essence to get different benefits. I read something here about this giving you a glass like face, it doesn’t really make sense to me until now. After just using these for a week my skin has never been smoother. I can’t put it to words on how exactly does a face become glass like but you’ll see it once you see it and you don’t need to wait long to see the effect. Buying more bottle’s immediately because I’m so in-love.
