Price was great, but hoop was missing pieces. Very had to communicate with customer service. They kept transferring me back and forth. No one seemed to know what they were doing. Eventually I got a rep who was able to send a message to the company, who was not helpful. They did not want to replace the piece. Then when they did offer, they said it would take 3 months. I asked could they have someone pick up the item from my home, and they wanted to charge me. We had to take apart the hoop, rebox it and drive it to the store.

Directions are the worst I’ve ever seen and totally useless. Poor quality, only adjustable if disassembled and rebuilt. Highly disappointing, would not recommend.

The instructions are terrible and I hate that I am just barley opening it. I should of took it back before Christmas. Cheap and bad instructions.
This item was shipped missing 3 key parts to put it together and they would not send the 3 parts. Target wasn’t any help. I’ll never make a big purchase like this again at Target or the companies they deal with. Such poor business!!! Save yourself the headache. Also, the instructions are worthless basically figure out in your own how to put it together!!!
The description says 52 inches backboard whereas it is 43 inches. Sometimes the pics does not show correct and that’s why people read descriptions but seems like descriptions are misleading. Don’t buy it unless you want to bend it over to adjust the height with the help of tools everytime.
I would have return if I hadn't purchased this as a Christmas gift for my grandchildren. I definitely should have bought one in-store locally that I could have seen in person. first of all, the instructions were a joke; VERY MINIMAL, unclear and useless; 4 different adults could not make sense of them. There were several different lengths of bolts but no way to tell which went where. one metal part had to be bent to make it work, and by adjustable it doesn't mean that it has a lever to adjust easily (like we've had in the past), it means you lay the hoop down and use tools to remove bolts to raise/lower the height. VERY misleading!
I'm interested in this basket rack. It's very sturdy and holds up well. Value for money!
We can set it up at the correct height to practice with her daughter for her basketball team and it has a huge backboard so it’s easy to get the ball back and not miss the basket.
It is weather proof and extremely durable and sturdy which is great because teenage boys are tough on the basketball court lol.
