Initially the chair was everything I needed. It was tall when my desk was up and short when my desk was low. I was very pleased with the surface area of the seat and while it wasn’t the most cush, it was not uncomfortable. Fast forward a couple months, this chair is highly uncomfortable. It’s hard and the depth is too much for my thighs. The foot rest keeps falling/sagging. And now six months in, the chair will no longer stay up. I sit down and I go down. And then when I’m standing the chair will randomly raise itself up behind me. It’s so weird and slightly unsettling. I wanted to love it but it should have been a pass.
