It makes ice so quickly! It doesn't take up too much room on the counter. Very convenient! Check that the plug is in before first water fill. Mine wasn't. The instructions are a little hard to follow as it seems they were poorly translated. However, it's not rocket science.The instructions say that there are two sizes of ice cubes but I can't find where you change that.

Company poor service.

Bought in 10/22. Very ordinary machine. 28 months later the unit stops working. Customer service makes me find the Amazon purchase order which confirmed my purchase date and to send them a video showing that the unit wants more water when it was full. 3 days later they say it was bought in 10/22 and the unit is defective and told me they can’t help and I should find someone locally. Totally unprofessional. I will NEVER buy anything from the nor should you.

Fabulous ice machine.

I bought mine in 2020...to use on my boat where I was living at the time. Got it in red. I love ice and was miserable for over a year drawing store bought lousey ice to the boat. Then I bought this baby...and what on upgrade in my life. Worked like a charm...everyday it made 1 or 2batches of the large size cubes, hard and cold. It never failed me for 2 years...it's still working. For the price and the simplicity it can't be beat. I am going to gift a family member one with confidence that he'll be thrilled with it.

Icy cold

This ice maker is fantastic!! I just started using it and it doesn’t take up much space, it’s quiet, it’s efficient and I don’t have to pay for bags of ice anymore! It’s great for small families! It would cost too much money to have an ice maker installed in my freezer because of my limited space so this ice maker is cost efficient!

Loving this little machine!

It does run a little warm, so it needs a spot where there's good ventilation, but I love it! I no longer have to THINK about making ice, worrying about whether or not the ice trays have been filled, or said ice trays taking up a chunk of my limited freezer space. When it's full, it goes to sleep until the ice melts down enough and it kicks on again. It's literally self-sufficient until it runs low on water. And the self-cleaning aspect is amazing as well! The little scoop and the bullet-shaped 'cubes' are absolutely adorable. I bought it mostly for my other half, because he uses ice quite a bit and his ice trays were old and the plastic starting to break down. He loves it! Makes great ice and quickly

We have had this on our kitchen counter for about a month now. So far everyone loves the ice it makes. The main issue we have, and the reason I only gave it 4 stars, is that the ice will get hung up on the little ramp/slide and then the machine thinks the ice basket is full when it's not. I wish the ramp would give just a little flick or something before it decides it is full. Sometimes I go to get ice and the basket is nearly empty but it's not making ice because there is ice hung up on the slide. It is a little loud when it's making ice but that's not a big issue. Overall, way better than having to fight with the ice maker in my over under fridge, so I would buy again.

Overall is a good product for the price.

Has nearly paid for itself within the first couple weeks of purchase. The bullet cubes do take some time getting used to. Only have two cons so far: 1. is you have to keep the water reservoir above ~1/3 full or the machine will slow down significantly and 2. has been discovering that the cubes will melt if you wait to fill the ice bin so you might want to empty it into a bag every 3-4 batches. Make sure you have adequate counter space when making ice, the machine does produce a significant amount of heat.

Sorry ice machine. Go back to Frigidaire

It has all sorts of warnings on it. Only use spring water. Open cover for 24 hours to air out because of odors. Don't turn off and turn back on without waiting 5 mins. No name is one the ice machine, no name on instructions.Who manufactured it? I can only imagine.

I am not usually one to write a review on something. I felt this unit deserves one. First of all I am a certified electrician and repair man of all things electrical. I bought this unit for my wife Christmas 2020. After she opened the unit we cleaned the unit filled with water and plugged it in. Has been making ice for over two years now.It has not been all rainbows and unicorns though. We had well water and we live in north Florida. The unit ran flawlessly for a little over the first year. I ran the clean cycle about every other month. The unit started to have buildup in the maker from the well water. I would unplug and drain the unit and wipe everything down best I could. Keep the sensors clean to avoid this.About 8 months ago we moved to a new house and now have city water. My some dropped something in the unit shortly after and I did not know it at the time. The unit began saying add water and everything was full. After no luck checking all the obvious things I decided to take the unit to my shop and see how it works and what’s wrong. It’s 119 dollars so if it was broken I wouldn’t be mad after a little over a year of EVERY DAY ISE 24/7.I must say the unit was built VERY WELL. Took me quite a while to take the unit apart. After disassembling the entire thing I must say it was impressive how it was made for something from china and so cheep. I took apart the pump and found a small piece of plastic had jammed the impeller keeping it from spinning to pump water. I then cleaned the entire unit since I had it entirely apart. I could then see how much damage the well water caused inside the unit and on the unseen plastic parts. I cleaned all parts with vinegar and put the unit back together.after filling with water from the city now the unit has been running for almost a year clean as a whistle.I say all that because if you have a well or dirty water don’t expect the unit to run very long before problems. The pump can stop from the smallest thing getting sucked in or if it gets enough “sludge” in it from dirty water. If you look in the back when the unit is filling there is a small metal prong sticking down. I found while the unit was apart that that has a wire connected to it and that is how it knows if you are out of water. If that probe gets sludge or mineral deposits on it after a period of time the unit will quit as well.Taking the unit apart make it easy to clean all these things but I know most remaking this will not or can take it apart. This is just things I have seen that can or will cause problems down the rode. Most say Chinese pieces of junk but it is honestly built very well. Proper maintenance will keep the unit running for years to come.I say all this to hopefully help someone if they are having a problem or if the unit stops working. Yes it requires effort to keep it running. It’s man made and most water isn’t clean. Its like a car it will quit if all you do is drive it. We have taking this unit with us in our camper several times as well to have ice and the unit always works flawless. This review is how 99% of how all the ice makers work. Keep this in mind and you will be just as happy as I am about your ice maker.

The time that it is suppose to put out the first batch of ice lengthens with every use. I purchased this one for the clean option and there is no difference in the inside at all and I followed the directions. Also, you have to totally unplug it to turn the machine totally off. The machine itself is off but the light continues blinking until you unplug it. And, it will not change from making ice to the cleaning mode like after you are finished making the amount of ice you want and want the last step to clean it. I cannot figure out how to change from small ice to large. it seems to only make large, even though the instructions tell you the need to change from large to small or vice versa depending upon the temperature in the room.
