I am 74.5 inches tall and weigh 187lbs. I purchased the Capa Hybrid Insulated Hooded Jacket in size XL. On a 100 point scale I would give this item an 80. The color and overall design is nice. The overall quality is just average. The item has some small visible loose threads and fits a little bigger than I expected. The jacket is very thin and not very insulated. Please also note that the bottom hem cannot be cinched in like many other jackets of this type. The end results is a lower hem opening that is bigger and roomier than I wished for.

Purchased the Capa jacket as a midlayer for skiing/snowboarding and for casual out and about errands. The jacket is warm, lightweight and less bulk than the Fuego. I'm currently between a LG/XL and went with the Lg on this one. Overall the fit is ture, but there is some bunching in the front of the shoulders when crossing arms or bending down to adjust boots and bindings. Would be taken to next level with an interior (especially chest) pocket. Stitching is already coming loose on one sleeve.

Like some of the other reviews say this should’ve been a slam dunk 5 star product but just a few things got skipped and it doesn’t really make sense. There’s no cinch on the hood so if you’re walking into the wind it parachutes unless you manually hold it down. There’s not much waterproofing on it. I can do that myself but for the price it seems absurd. A drawstring at the waist would be a nice to have but that may impact the style so I’m not as concerned with that as the other two points. It’s still a great jacket, but with a pretty useless hood in any kind of real weather.

This is a very active-fitting jacket. At first, the jacket feels snug but once you put it on, within a few minutes the jacket opens up and conforms to your body. This was perfect for an afternoon around the house or attending a sporting event. This will be a great layering piece for when I go snowboarding! The synthetic insulation is the perfect amount of weight for adequate warmth.
The width and depth are all good, but the length of everything including the sleeves is not right. I had to get a smaller size, which is tight in the shoulders just because the arms are freakishly large and long. It looks like I have wings. It was my most anticipated item from s23 but now it’s just kinda eh. Hopefully in future seasons it gets better.
I like it, but you can see that it's tight in the chest/axillary area on the model as well. A little long, but that's okay, It just kind of rubs up in the axillary area and I can feel it a tad snug there. It can't be stretched either. I would size up, but then it would be too large everywhere. I got it on sale, so I'm not too upset, but it was still over $100. It's going to be gifted as I need athletic gear to move with my body and not snag anywhere as it would get really old quickly over the hours. It runs long and narrow in the chest.
Got this as a gift. I am 5’11”, 165lbs. Pretty average size. I can t put the jacket on without popping the stitching in the armpit. The fit is way too restrictive and there is no elasticity in the seems which is very poor construction for a jacket meant for activity and performance.I love the look but the fit and construction is poorly designed.I hope to return.
Second one, this puffer is wonderful. Extremely light just a couple ounces really great for ultra light hiking. Can be packed into its own internal pocket. Super warm and block wind. Lightly water resistant but not recommended pass a drizzle.
I have worn this jacket everyday since I purchased it! I've been in everything from 50 degree weather to 32 degrees and it has been wonderful, warm, easy to move in, and lightweight. It is so versatile and durable! I've also spilled at least 5 different meals in this jacket and it cleans up perfectly! I will buy it again (in another color) next month! You will never regret this purchase.
I have a Cotopaxi down coat, and wanted something that would keep me warm, but be less bulky (and look better than a hoodie). This fits that bill perfectly!I'm not an "active" or "outdoorsy" type, so I can't speak to how well-suited this jacket is for hiking or anything else, but as a go-to "it's cold out, but I'm going to be in my car so I don't really need a full down coat on" this is great. =)
