Great product. I have taken this for over a decade.APPALLED and VERY DISAPPOINTED that this is now packaged in non-recyclable PLASTIC!Felt very safe with brown glass (reusable) bottles; I question the BPA leakage during transport of this plastic.Called the company over a month ago, expressed my concerns, stated that I would feel safer with - and prefer - the glass bottles; however, if not, BPA-free and recyclable plastic. Company never replied.I had also stated that this inferior packaging cost less yet the price was raised.

Easy way to get calcium-magnesium to your bones.

I have used Country Life Cal-Mag supplements for several years but found the capsules two years ago and especially appreciate their easy-to-swallow size and capsule formulation.Most cal-mag supplements are large tablets and, for me, difficult to swallow. This product also uses multiple mineral sources for the calcium and magnesium, making both minerals more bio-available, as well as adding 400 mcg Vit. D. The vegan capsules are easy to swallow and have no flavor. I'm very happy with this supplement and know my bones appreciate them.

I was diagnosed with osteopenia in my mid thirties, due to taking a progesterone only contraceptive (Depo) . My doctor suggested I take a calcium supplement and after some in-depth research I chose to take this supplement. I took this supplement as suggested on the bottle and two years after my first bone density scan, instead of continuing to see a decline in my bone density (because I am still on the Depo) I have actually had some marked improvement. I am keen to see my next bone density scan and I hope I might just have reversed my osteopenia! I chose this particular calcium because it was combined with magnesium and the ingredient list was the 'purest' one I could find.

Fast absorbing tablets

My husband eats these everyday. He told me it has improved his sleeping and fatigue, and he feels much better overall after taking these. The tablets are also fast absorbing due to their veggie outer layer. Good daily supplement and works best when in combination with good sleep and diet!

I've been taking Country Life Cal-Mag Target-Mins for decades. I trust that my body finds this formula easy to absorb. The 500mg caplets are my primary source, but I buy these 250mg capsules as well so that I can take one with my multivitamin. It's important to spread out calcium supplementation over the day because I've read that your body can't absorb more that 500mg in the short term.

Though 4 capsules, but easy to swallow

Per serving of 4 seem daunting. But they provides close to a full day's need of calcium. I added a small tablet for another 250mg. Making it a full days need. Yet it is so easy to swallow them all down in one gulp. Will order again.

Vital nutrition

People my age need a calcium supplement for our bones because it is hard to get enough from food without ending up with a deficiency. The combination with magnesium and vitamin D is important as the D ingredient helps with the assimilation of Calcium. The capsules are easy to swallow.

In terms of quality and dosages, quantity is a good combination. A good complex of vitamins. I bought it for my mom. The effect is noticeable. Nails got stronger, hair got better. Large joints and bones crunch less, small ones do not click.
