Had a really lovely shopping experience at Country road. I don't usually shop here but my partner was looking for a pair of Chinos to take on holiday. We fond a nice pair for approx $149. Assistant asked if I was a member and confirmed the rewards for joining was $50 of the purchase. Not only did we get the chinos but also got some scrunches and hair clips for Grandie for $150. Now I'm a member I receive notification of what's on offer. Not bad for a first time shopper

Good quality, fits me really well and looks great. I have quite big quads and these fit me nicely, I have really struggled to find nice fitting chino's with most other brands (and styes). These fit really well and feel like they'll last a while. My only problem is they are "washed black" which is a little light, I would like them to be a bit darker I think.

Great pair of pants, comfortable and looks great. Perfect for casual outings or even formal events. My husband purchased them, he had the previous pair 4 years ago and these are to replace them as the old ones had holes in them from wear and tear (which is at least twice a week).

Ordered two pairs of the same cut and size online. One pair fitted perfectly, the other is like a pair of very tight skinny jeans. Because I live remotely I now have to go through the returns process and hope that a new pair fit like the first, not like the second. Donāt know how there can be so much difference in what should be an identical product.
Great fit and I love the soft brushed texture of the 100% traceable Australian cotton. The stretch is just right. I love these pants and wear them day after day - so reliable, stylish (not too slim, not baggy - Iām in my early 40s) and versatile. I bought my last pair of CR chinos in 2016 (which I still wear today) and the product line is still just as excellent. Online buying tip: thereās a big difference in fit between standard fit (which I ended up getting) and slim fit (which I thought I was), especially around the knees. The slim fit is a great product but not what I was after for versatile office/work social wear. So I do recommend going into a store if you can to try both before deciding.

I found it exceptionally easy and quick to find the exact pants I wanted. I'd been to 4 other shops/brands, but none of them had the colour or cut I was after. The style chart was simple to use and I was in and out in a few minutes. Ideal shopping experience.
Bought this pants and few days later hubby went to put them on and they had grease stains all over the top part of the pants. As we were away couldnāt take it back and had to spend money on cleaning product to try to clean it. At the end he got annoyed and throw them into bin. Never had such a bad experience buying from your store but this wasnāt purchase I was happy about. Very disappointed that no one checked this pants before putting them on the shelf for sale

My husband is extremely fussy with pants. Doesnāt like them feeling too heavy, legs have to be loose, and heās quite tall so thereās another factor. After trying 5 different shops (not to mention my online attempts) on the hunt for some new ones, these are his favourite pants! Pockets are very deep too which is great for someone who loses everything. HIGHLY RECOMMEND.
