Pros: I have been using this same model for about 10 years. Finally the ear pads have begun to deteriorate even thought it still works well. I didn't want tiny bits of black plastic in my ears! Thoroughly recommended. I would buy again when this replacement does the same ...in about 10 years. Cons: None.

Cons: one-way mic stalk direction (L ear) +\- .... also volume way too high for me and i'm a dodo when it comes to M/soft win. 10 system sounds settings. i guess i'll find them eventually :-) and i'm assuming there are no driver-options on the 'software' for the headset. (like i say, dodo).

Cons: Nothing really - construction slightly prone to damage - side 'sliders' etc. Had purchased one previously and had to replace after USB connection breakage due to cable snag. Possible remedy: a detachable male/female USB joint in cable.
The headset works well. The sound is good. The microphone is working fine. The only thing that worries me is that they looks very fragile. Therefore, I handle them very carefully. And luckily, nothing has broken yet.
Pros: I needed a headset with microphone - particularly for Covid home meetings, Zoom and the like. This one was in the lower part of the price range. I've been fully satisfied with it. Cons: Nil - all fine.
Lightweight and comfortable. Good sound quality for video calls for work! This is my second set. The material on the ear cups was peeling off on the first set after several years and I accidentally stepped on them and broke one arm. I bought the same set again after trying a couple other headsets that were just too tight against my glasses.

So dead microphone. I have taken the plug apart on each occasion and the internal wires to the mic part of the circuit board are broken because they are too short and strained. I have sorted this problem now quite simply by making a loop in the wire to the headset and taping it to the body of the USB plug. This stops the strain on the wires and eliminates the problem. that is the only negative I have. The headset is comfortable to wear with padded ear pieces and the band over the head is also padded. The ear pieces swivel and adjust perfectly to your head,they are also adjustable for length. MIcrophone is unobtrusive and gives excellent clarity of voice. When not in use just push the flexible arm to the side. The sound quality from the headset earpieces is very good. The lead to the USB plug has a volume control and mic on/off incorporated on it, within easy reach and easy to use. Simple plug and play when attached to your computers USB port. I will further add that I have purchased cheaper sets as well but in no way do they match the quality of the Creative HS-720, no where near it in fact. Hopefully Creative will read this as well and do something to eliminate what happened to me. This aside excellent headset.
Pros: Comfortable feel; good quality sound through earphones Cons: Microphone not appearing to work (can't hear my voice through the headphones), despite microphone seeming to register when testing microphone volume level in Windows settings
