Creativity for Kids Sensory Bin - Construction Zone

This sensory bin is great! It occupied my boy for a long time! The quality of the sand is great and the toy is very versatile, he was very creative with figuring out different ways to play with it. I love that you can close the lid and store it safely without worrying about the mess. It is safe to use for preschoolers. Overall I am very satisfied with it.

My 2 year old loves this sensory bin! It’s his first one and easily keeps him entertained for 30 minutes minimum! The first time we got it out he played with it for an hour. The little green and yellow roller toy is pretty flimsy and doesn’t stay together when pressure is applied to roll it but it still works as a toy that you can fill with the sand if it comes apart 👍🏻 you can get so much out of this toy and for a great price! Will definitely be getting the other kits too. It's so hard to keep kids attention however this kept my little one busy for almost an hour. Later he even asked to play with it again! Yes, you could put this together yourself BUT this was a great convenience buy.

Great construction themed sensory bin for kids

Both my son and daughter enjoy playing with this sensory bin. It comes with 3 trucks, a shovel, a sand smoothing roller, 3 signs, and 3 traffic cones. There is just enough sensory sand to cover the bottom of the plastic bin. I think another pound of sand would have made it nicer. The 3 trucks are small and cheaply made but my kids are having fun with them. My daughter is obsessed with rolling the sand smooth! Overall, a fun and enjoyable sensory bin for kids.

Really wanted to love it

Our toddlers love kinetic sand so I was really excited when I saw this! The problem is it’s like real sand. Extremely small particles and it doesn’t stick together as well as the other sands we have. So the mess is horrible to deal with. Literally like if you went to the beach got wet and sand stuck all over you and then you went into the house and shook your clothes off on the floor.

I have bought this Sensory Bin as a gift a few times now for kids between the ages 4-8 and even for my own kids. Each and every time I have bought the Construction themed one, everything has been included just as it says in the description. Not one piece has been missing or broken. My kids typically spend about 45 minutes playing with it and then set it aside, only to come back to it again. The clean-up part is easy when all they have to do is put it all in the bin and close the lid. My little one was thrilled to receive this Construction Zone Sensory Bin! She kept exclaiming the sand is so "soft and fluffy!" She loved using the tools to make roads & rock gardens but also had a lot of fun just squeezing & shoveling the sand around, burying the trucks and hiding treasures. The kit could honestly use another bag of kinetic sand. Luckily we had an extra one to mix in. The container is deep and could hold several. The cars that come with the set are a little flimsy and the hooks on the ends look like they should connect into a train but they don't fit. My daughter solved that by using the crane to pick up the cars :) This is a good engaging activity and would be great on a trip. I thought this was a fun idea for my toddler that would keep her busy for hours. She loves digging in the sand and playing with toy trucks at the beach, so it seemed like a good idea for inside too. I put down a neat sheet, which was a good idea because some sand inevitably ended up outside of the box. Unfortunately, she was only entertained for about 10-15 minutes before moving on to something else. I think I could make this same thing myself and it would be better. In my opinion, it needs more sand. It's not really deep enough in the box to make roads and stuff. Also the little trucks are not very good quality and don't do any digging. It's a fun idea, but the execution is mediocre. This is the best activity bin for toddlers because they can teach from it how to create, explore and fun. Very interesting and learning kit. My kids really love it. My kids are busy with this box all day and they both have fun, because this is imaginative play and they can develop fine motor and sensory skills. Best sensory bin for all kids. Definitely i will recommend it.

The sand is very good quality, a little on the harder side but works well with the different toys that came with this box. There are small signs, diggers, and rocks to be buried to later dig up and find. My 3 boys were all super ecstatic to try this box out and play. We took this box outside in our front lawn and they played together for a few hours. The best part was that it was all contained within the box so it made cleanup a breeze.
