i love these so much. you only need to use one box every six months before you need a new treatment. they don’t taste bad while in mouth and you only need to use for 30 min. i haven’t experienced any bad or sensitive gum problems either.

This product does work well for whitening your teeth. However, it needs to be used consistently. Otherwise, your teeth will return to its original non-white color. I use this entire pack and did all 10 treatments, and my teeth were visibly whiter than before However, when I stopped using them, they return to their original color.

I love crest white strips! I make sure that I am ordering this version (which has 2 long straight strips), because I cut each strip into 2/3 and 1/3 each horizontally (see picture) which gives me double the number of whitening strips. It works just as well, and I don’t like the feeling of folding them over my teeth as directed.

This brightens my smile from the first use. Now I use it every week to keep my smile bright because I drink lots of coffee and tea. I also have nicer breath and it seems it is cleaning my teeth also. They are smoother under my tongue. This is easy to use and changed my life.
The strips are easy to apply (one to top teeth and one to bottom teeth). I was able to continue with daily activities while wearing. It didn’t create lots of saliva like the mouth guard type. I noticed how well it worked immediately.
