I am a self proclaimed coffee aficionado and connoisseur. I would rather pluck my own eyeballs out than give up my coffee. Unfortunately coffee causes staining, obviously. And I've been drinking it since the tender age of 18 and I'm 31 now. So that's over a decade of stains. TLDR: I'm very happy with my results and would use them again.

I love these! My only dislike is how sensitive they make my teeth. I’ve found that the best way for me to use them is every other day and for only about 22-23 minutes at a time instead of the whole 30 minutes. The directions say use every day for 30 minutes until you achieve the whiteness you want and then once a week or so to maintain. Sometimes I will majorly slack at whitening my teeth and forget to do it (life is busy busy). But,,,,,! When I do use them I do notice a major difference from using them every other day 3x a week. So, I’m happy with this product and will continue to purchase

I would definitely give her a positive review for this product. It's not super strong but it will make a difference if you use it consistently. It is really easy to use, I leave the box next to my computer and try to do it while I'm working. You just peel off a strip and smoosh it onto your teeth, top and bottom, and then remove them after 30 minutes. I usually brush my teeth when I remove them. During that 30 minutes, the substance what kind of build up in your mouth with saliva so you have to keep spitting it out, but no big deal. If you do that a few times, you can continue drinking a beverage. I just use these continually as maintenance since I drink coffee and the coffee is always staining.

Not easy to get hold of these days as they seem to be discontinued, or maybe lots of other products have flooded the market, but surprisingly they still keep a good price. Was chuffed to find them on this website and I got 20 pouches. At first, I kept them on for 30min then I started keeping them on for 45min. Unlike years ago, I barely felt any pain and if at all my teeth got sensitive, that would only last for a day. So from that perspective I can’t complain.
