Feel like not so good as the qaulity as before I bought 4 years ago, the botten feel not as soildy as before.
These crocs run slightly larger in size than my other crocs (though more wider than large, the fit is loose). Plus, my pair arrived with the print defective (the print was missing in spots due to poor application from factory). I normally buy crocs from Zalando, but since these are special edition I tried buying from the crocs website. The crocs website gave me a 10% off coupon for being a first time user, a price I would lose if returned and reordered bec they do not accept exchanges (only offer refunds then a new order must be placed). I decided to return because they don't fit, but even the return is not free! So I wrote customer service if they could at least offer the first time 10% off first customer offer again since the product is defective, and I never ... The shoe is pretty, but I recommend either getting insoles or a smaller size since they are so wide they dont strap well. terrible customer service ruin how I feel about the shoe!
