Bought this Cronus to help with my shooty shooty games but it didn’t come with the correct cable as advertised . I wrote a 1 star review and was contacted by cex about getting another cable sent out . Cable arrived but is 3 inches long and for a vape ? Device is still useless unless I can keep my controller 3 inches from the console which isn’t gonna happen :( …. Cba anymore :(

Starting Jan 1 2024, this no longer works on PS5. You have to constantly jump through hoops and it's always losing connection. STAY AWAY, WASTE OF MONEY

Overall Good product but PS blocked the software so might just return it, not talks fault just no need for it anymore. I’ve also gotten better at the game I was cheating on.

For these type of devices to work concerning mods it all depends on the scripts available. Good and ready made Scripts are limited for this device. Unfortunately since Cronus Zen is so well known alot of popular games are focusing on detecting and banning this device. Making it useless if you are forced to remove the device. So for MODs I would suggest another product. If this is used for controller management and using any controller on any system then this is great. So decide what you want it for and base your purchase accordingly.

Well,when I received the unit I had to update and download specific apps to run it and add scrips.I couldn’t register this unit to me because apparently when you don’t buy it directly from Kronus it’s registered to someone???A new Zen and I had to pay $10 to get that unregistered for me to be able to do it.Cant download scrips on a Zen that’s not owned by you.Thanks Wal Mart!I mean it was new and never opened.Its not like there’s a serial number on the box.I guess that’s what Kronus does when you don’t buy it directly from them.Can you say money grab?
This is one of the worst products. We turned it on and got it set up and it already had an old account of someone’s on it. You couldn’t even log out of it without having to have the owner’s information. (DON’T BUY THIS)
I only gave it 4 because of the user friendliness. Literally took me an hour just for it to connect to the computer, idk what I did but it finally recognized the device. After doing everything, and about brought it back to return it. It decided it wanted to work, since then has worked great zero problems. Except I wish I would charge the controller while it is plugged into the USB port on the PlayStation 5.
Only thing that was required was a PC which im glad i had or i wouldnt have been able to use it. other than that works fine just has some minor tweaks that would be more useful.
terrible. Alot of steps for set yp. does not include everything you need to set up and actually use.. way to much money for nothing. very disappointed.
