I found the quality of the product good. I have been using it with a knot in some iron-grill or anything that I could tie it to but could not find any stretches and damages on it. Good for recovery and flexibility training.

The band is good for many of the strengthening exercise, but starts breaking after use. Not durable at all.No return was accepted at Tampines Store, as Decathlon claims its not a manufacturing defect but just poor quality.Wonder what is the difference between the two.

So I have got a green and a yellow band. Having these two products is like having a portable gym. I have been using them for general strength training as an alternative for dumbbells. If you are only getting one band (for general strength training) then get the green as there is no end of exercises you can do with the green. But getting the green and yellow gives you options 15kg, 25kg and 35kg. If you are strong and need more than 35kg then consider a larger band for more resistance. Personally I am thinking of getting a second green to give me even more options. Some people comm

A good band but....
19 August 2021

This band was good until i tried in hand at home. Firstly the build is nice sturdy no chance of tear. But the negative is the odd Fragnance of the rubber used. This gives me a headache i have not used since purchase and everyday i was it with warm water but fragnance stayed. Its a negative for me.

Been 2 months and can spot a small tear even with
21 July 2021

I love decathlon products for its quality and durability and this band has been really good since the last 2 months. However, I spotted a small cut on the band and this is when I use a mat to not catch any sand or dust particle and a door anchor so that the band is not exposed to the rough surface of the door. I hope it can last a year if not more but it is worrying to know that it can snap any moment

Durable training bands
6 January 2021

If you're looking for a durable training band (not so hardcore) this is the one for you! I have been using this for my workouts at home (intermediate level) doing HIIT, Strength and Endurance training, this band can last! the material is not bad and really good if you're looking at upper body strength training. Not only that, I even used it for rehab for my knee and ankle strengthening. It is multi usage and am definitely gonna buy the higher resistance one to try! Just a tip for those who's gonna buy, if your looking for lower body exercises please don't get this band get the yellow or orange, because this is mainly for upper body :)

Good quality, very useful at home

I've bought the 15kg, 25kg and 45kg bands. I use the 15kg band for some shoulder and leg exercises. The quality seems perfectly fine to me. I exercise occasionally and I found this slightly on the lighter side for chest press and rows. If you have to pick one, go for the 25kg one.You might need gloves since the rubber can cut into your hands a little though.

High quality, affordable, but use with caution
24 March 2020

I just bought this to level up my calisthenics hiit training workout at home. The material is stretchy and quite thick but not too heavy - perfect for training small muscle groups. The quality of the rubber is really good though since I just bought it I cannot comment on its durability. The cutting and the material are not the softest though so be careful when using this band, it may cut your skin. While training using this band I recommend wearing thick training gloves or the more affordable option - towels.

Quality not same as before
20 January 2023

This is the Second resistance band I bought of the same model, but the quality is quite different. 1) the grip is very slippery 2) resistance is much less than the one I used before, though both specify 15 kg resistance.
