Laptop is a Lenovo Ideapad 330S ARR-15. Ryzen 5 quadcore with an SSD system drive. I wanted more ram for multimedia tasks. Music recording and video editing. Laptop seemed slower with this ram installed. I sent it back.

Laptop memory isn't always easy to upgrade, as easy access covers have given way to having to remove the entire back of the laptop, which can be tricky. Plus some laptops have all soldered SODIMMs, making upgrades virtually impossible for hobbiests. Check the specs on yours before attempting to upgrade. As in my case, you can upgrade with even one slot and mismatched memory capacity...in my case pairing 4 Gig and 16 Gig modules, as long as the specs otherwise match.

This was an upgrade for my Lenovo laptop which I upgraded to Windows 11 and it uses more memory than Windows 10. No issues running multiple tasks and programs just like any Crucial RAM that I have used in the past.

I think Crucial is a great brand for ram, so far my computer is running fast which is something i was expecting since i double the ram, so far no issues, is reliable and and you don't go wrong if you get the ram from this brand. I recommend it to anyone.
I needed a 16GB DDR4 DIMM to upgrade my ASUS UX310U laptop memory from the supplied 4GB to 20GB, the maximum memory supported. I looked through the options on eBay and the Crucial product seemed to give good value for money. No problems installing, the memory is compatible with the laptop and I'm noticing a remarkable improvement in performance. Highly recommended.
Exact fit for my Asus laptop. Windows 10 had been using up most of the memory since I'm a power user. The laptop was very sluggish. Now in conjunction with an SSD, I have memory to spare and the laptop runs much faster. I don't have to wait on it anymore and I'm more productive. Am also able to run virtual machines which I didn't have room for before.
Micron/Crucial has always been in our top two "go to" memory mfr's. Long lasting, quality microchips, excellent slot fit--strict quality control. This even shipped same day ordered! 1st time ordering the 16GB 2400mhz size, but have used the 4GB and 8GB 2400 and 2666 as well as DDR3 for our older PC'S. Never an issue with Crucial.
Working very well! It proved to be super compatible. More compatible than so many other memory modules. I have an intel NUC BOXNUC7CJYH1 that is very picky with memory and it seems that this Crucial memory is quite compatible with my NUC which recognizes and boots with this memory with no problems at all (other brands fail miserably according to the Intel site). In fact, Intel itself says that this nuc is 8Gb max but this memory made my Nuc to use 16gb. I am so happy with this memory. I might purchase another.
This RAM is what you need for the Mac mini (2018). Apple charges for the equivalent from their store and even more for installation. You can install this yourself using guides available on YT and iFixit. You'll need an opening tool, TR6, T5, and T10 Torx drivers to get the job done. I had to use a T-handle to get enough torque on the T10 screws securing the logic board but otherwise was able to proceed as directed.I've never had issues with Crucial products and highly recommend them. Be aware that this is drop-shipped: Adorama wasn't all that prompt in placing the order to Crucial but it was sent UPS 2nd Day Air with the free shipping option, which was nice.
Newegg was amazing helping me RMA this ram. There was no fuss. They read the memtest log and agreed immediately. I can attest, more ram really makes a big difference. I didn't find 4GB slow, but with 20GB, everything snaps! Virtual machines run great. So far my .ova exports from virtualbox are running smooth in the virtual machine manager. They're even snappy too! Docker is loving it too. Pi-hole hums along without a care. I'll have to build a bigger Docker App. :) Newegg was great to work with on my support call (chat). The hardest part was having to RMA the first stick I got. That's on Crucial, not Newegg. Newegg was great! Recommended!
