Absolutely frustrated with them.. features are great if they actually worked. I have reached out to customer service a million times for the past year and they give me the go around.. “please reset, do you have the latest version, our engineers will look into it” and then Starts all over again when I reach out every time. If my child wakes up and I want to rewind to see how she woke up, why, Or I want to check what time she woke up that morning 90% of the time it doesn’t work. Also when I travel and I want to connect the bird almost never reads the QR code to connect to the internet so it’s useless

We love our CUBO AI monitor and have been using it for over a year with our son. The stand can be easily knocked to the side but behind a crib it’s no problem. The audio works on my phone even when my phone screen is off, but for my husband’s it sometimes doesn’t work. The app is easy to navigate and I enjoy every feature. When we have another baby we will be getting another CUBO AI monitor, and the app supports multiple monitors which we like. The day and night video and picture quality is also good and can clearly see what is going on.

I bought this product for my daughter and it has been liberating for her. She can now relax and watch the baby thru her device, while working. She told me that this monitor is the best thing since sliced bread. That was the best news Ive heard so far, anything to help her and CuboAI did the job. I hit the jackpot on this one and so did you.
Go with another monitor!! First off the background audio when your phone is locked ie in the middle of the night will just stop working until you open the app. The table stand is a nightmare if you’re trying to point it down to view a whole room. Also BEWARE there is about a 1- 3 second lag in real time to the monitor it is very frustrating. Customer service is the absolute worst and can only be reached through email no phone contact at all and they DO NOT RESOLVE ANY ISSUES!! Do yourself a favor and go with a different monitor. Only reason we went for this one was because dual monitors and thought it was nice to have it on our phone but definitely not worth it
If I could give 0 stars I would. Honestly the faultiest product I've ever purchased. It rarely works. Continously disconnects from wifi or needs a hard restart. Don't let the sleek design fool you. This product is absolutely trash and is not safe for newborns
