I got this rice cooker after looking at many different brands. The one feature that I truly loved was the option to keep the rice warm once it was done cooking. When I got it home, I didn’t realize it allowed you to warm up your rice from cold using the warm button and a bit of water! This has truly been one of the best rice cookers I’ve ever bought!! My daughter and I love it!!

Love this new Korean brand rice cooker - Cuckoo. Perfect for up to 5-7 people. It’s 5 cups uncooked capacity with moisture collating cup on the side. I don’t eat a lot of rice. Maybe 1/4 a cup a day. So I tend to cook a whole cup and it lasts me like 2 to 3 days. So far… rice is still warm %26 fresh after 36 hours.Same items. Same brands but better prices at Walmart than Amazon %26 Amazon Prime. The interior was peeling before I even used it. Instant return before even a single use. Feel free to cook with this if you want to eat the lining along with your rice. Yum!
I don't remember exactly when I bought this, might be less than 2 years ago from Korean Grocery at Centreville, VA paid it for $ 90's. I replace this with a Walmart's $30 rice cooker for more than 12 years used. Of cause I didn't keep the receipt. I avoided the claim or warranty. That is not worth me and seller. I am a one of bad luck customer of all. Yes, I will put this in a recycle... Hope you guys are not make a mistake like me.

This is a very nice rice cooker with a simple one-button to operate. I've been using CUCKOO for many years. I bought this one for my daughter who is in college. This is perfect for her.
We bought this for our daughter because her current rice cooker lid would slam shut on the hand. When we decided to buy her a new one we went looking for THIS brand and model, as we purchased the same one about 2 years ago.Just the right size. A 10 cup is too big, a 4 cup is too small. Compact and sturdy. Cooks very fast.We have had many much more expensive Japanese rice cookers over the years.
If all you need/want is a basic rice cooker that does a good job cooking rice quickly, this is it! Simple to use, cooks rice fast and keeps it warm. Highly recommended. I cannot speak to longevity as we have only been using this for a month but so far, so good.
