Pros Can do a lot of things with one cooker. Solidly made with a quality look and feel about it all over The pressure feature and high heat works very well Cons Instruction manual hard to understand had to refer to Youtube Instruction manual does not show in English how to use the many way to cook Instruction manual does not show recipes in English Some vital instructions inaccurate, had to ask Australian representative to get correct way of operating some features.

Killer rice cooker ! Do need a bit of planning as rice does take longer to cook, but the flavour / texture is worth it.

This 6cup Cuckoo Rice Cooker from mycookware.com.au is very high quality, is easy to use and cooks fragrantly delicious rice (of course you need to buy a premium quality product to go into this high-end rice cooker, as in my experience the rice I would buy from the supermarket did not get the same results)As for CUSTOMER SERVICE, the mycookware team score a 10/10.
