Cuisinart Contour 13-Pc. Stainless Steel Cookware

The quality of the cookware is great. There is a learning curve in maintaining stainless steel cookware but it is worth it. That knowledge is available online but some of it is contradictory I was able to solve that by using the directions that appeared in multiple sources and those giving technical reasons for their maintenance & cleaning methods. Love our new pots & pans.

What can I say about Cuisinart! This set is awesome and the price was awesome! I had some of these pieces before and loved them. After we had a house fire and lost everything I knew I would replace my Cuisinart pans but I knew they would cost a lot. I got this set which has more pieces then I ever thought I could afford for a great price. I highly recommend Cuisinart pans, beautiful, durable, easy to cook with nice features. I love that all the pans have measuring lines. I also had an ancient Revere ware set that had been given to me and although I loved the Revere ware I prefer the Cuisinart pans.

Love all the pieces. I always use stainless steel when cooking vs those toxic nonstick. Cuisinart is one of my favorite brands of cookware and lasts for years when you take care of it!

AWESOME!

I'm an avid cook, and over the last 35 years I've had a couple of sets of pots and pans. This set is superior. The heat distribution on this cookware is off the charts! But do realize, anything previously cooked on high, should be dropped down to medium heat. (Electric ceramic stove top) The design is so beautiful, I bought a pot rack so they could be rightfully on display! BEAUTIFUL. I use 'Bar Keeper's Friend', a mild abrasive cleanser to keep these beauties shiny. GREAT price, too! (Purchased a year ago, and used daily...)

Attractive, Functional, Quality

This is a great set with additional pieces available. I use mine on a gas stove and have had no problems with it and everything cooks up just fine, except maybe for the occasional "chef's error". Cleans up well, distributes heat evenly and is a pleasure to use!

Better then all the other brands we've had.

Like them a lot better then all this other crap they keep making these days. Food might stick, but it all depends on what heat you have it set to and what you are cooking. Do be aware though that these pans do get a lot hotter then the crappy cookware that companies are saying is "The Best". If you want something that is going to last for a very long time, then stick with something that is all metal and or something like this brand. I haven't had any issues with these sense they came in.

Christmas gift

I had been looking for new cookware since the lining in my non-stick decided to flake off. That helped in my decision to go with stainless. My mother picked this particular set and I think she's done a good job. I've had little issue with food sticking and like that it comes out of the dishwasher shiny like new. I have to remind myself that the lids do get hot which I consider the biggest flaw so far. I haven't had a change to use them in the oven yet so I can't give 5 stars if I don't know. All in all, good buy!

Great cookware and pretty too

This cookware cooks well for the price. We have had ours for 6 months and have not has issues of food sticking or staining. Great quality for this price range. Perfect for home chefs.

Shiny and Bright

I love my new Cuisinart set of pots and pans. My daughter-in-law has had a set for several years so when I got a new glass top stove, it was a perfect time to get new pots and pans. I love how easy they are to clean. I just soak them in Dawn dish liquid and even the worst stuff come off easily. No scratching Teflon to worry about.

love this cookware!

I bought this set when I moved to a new house and installed a flat cooktop. I had previously always used Revere Ware, but it didnt make complete contact with the flat surface. I went in search of something that I thought would, hence my purchase. I am adding this to these opinions because I cannot see how it was rated so badly by even one person. I use it daily and wash it in the dishwasher and it still looks brand new! I do have a few smaller pots that have a little cloudy spot in them from cooking frozen spinach in them so much, but its not bad and certainly not like what was posted on other posts. But with that said, I haven't burned anything in them either.
