Good little appliance for the small crushing, grinding and processing tasks. Only thing I’m disappointed with but not that important, is if your mixture is very liquid, it can spill over the centre tube of the mixing bowl and leak out the bottom. So keep your liquids to a minimum.

The perfect size if your only preparing food for one or two people. There is only one blade attachment. So there are limitations on what you can do with this little unit that you can do with a full sized food processor with multiple attachments. However it is well-made, well presented and works well. The only difficulty is the manipulation of of the top lid which is hard to grip turn and manipulate as the gripping surface is tiny.As a lazy cook I’m delighted it can be cleaned in a dishwasher!Other than that no complaints at all so far.

The Cuisinart Mini Processor is an excellent product. It makes pastry, chops garlic and onion, chops green herbs really well which is often a problem for small processors and makes great tahini sauces. Its crystal clear so its easy to see how the chopping is going and it doesnt have places where food can be trapped like my Kitchen Aid mini processor. At $100 on special at the Good Guys, its a bargain.

I bought the Cuisinart Elemental so I could make nut butters. I like the size, it slips easily into my cupboard without taking up too much room, and it is light and easy to lift. The grinding action is excellent and makes nut butters quickly. I use the chopping function for vegetables. Because of its convenient size I can put it in a shopping tote and take it to my daughters house where we make nut butters for her. Love my Cuisinart Elemental 4cup.
This is my second Mini Prep Pro Food Processor. The earlier one was overworked and old and had lost a little efficiency. I ensured replacement early as I find it indispensable in my kitchen. It works very hard making all of my breadfast spreads like hummus, pesto and cheese, cannelini and feta plus olives and Philly.Sometimes it also processes fish for Thai fish cakes and vegetables for soups in smaller quantities. The new model is even a little more efficient than past models. It is also very light and easy to lift. It has been in use almost daily since purchase from Myer who shipped it very quickly and at a great price.
Great little chopper, replaced an old cuisinart whose plastic parts had become unusable. This new one works well , washes easily in dishwasher or rinse under tap. It is light & compact enough to whip out for a quick herb whizz. It's a bit tricky to get the parts lined up so that the motor connects & works, so don't give up. Read the manual ... thats what I had to do , cos I thought it wasnt working...Sometimes it doesn't quite whizz herbs finely enough - Like the blade doesn't quite get to all the parts, but if you give it a quick stir & re-whiz, you can usually get the herbs chopped finely. Also good for nuts. Love it -worth the price & will no doubt own it for as many years as the first one!
Love this little processor. I bought it to use in the caravan to make coleslaw etc., as it only has a 250w motor. So able to use it on my 600 watt inverter. It did it with ease. Love it!
Never been so impressed. This handy little chopper/grinder is compact, easy to use and cleans up so easy. It's small enough to stay on bench and chops so fine, my husband will now eat the Tabouleh I make. Thank you Cusineart for such a great product.
It's a really weird design. Clearly not built for liquids, as the bowl isn't sealed, so filling it up too much with liquid things will cause a mess. Not super strange, but the worst "feature" is that instead of a chute at the top that you can use for drizzling (that would generally have a cover or something) there are two unsalable small holes in the lid, which are supposedly for drizzling. Not a great design at all. Also very loud motor.
This product did not work upon arrival. The box looked damaged so I assume it may have been damaged in transit, or it was just a one-off dud as this brand is usually good.Ive never had to return a product with Good Guys before and so have discovered my only option is to go in-store for refund or exchange. I am not near any stores so this is a huge inconvenience and I wont have time to do it. What a scam! So I assume a percentage of people cannot justify the time to trek to a store and so dont get a working product! May be how they offload their dud stock I will not buy from a retailer with such an inaccessible returns policy again. Be warned!! If you buy online, you should be able to return online (assuming not bulky) like most other retailers. Not happy! Feel scammed.
